Hello my dear and appreciated members of Holos&Lotus I have been disconnected for a while, restarting my life in many aspects and today I start again to follow this beautiful path of growth together. Here a little of my reflections.

En la vida todo se trata de tomar decisiones de cambiar y transformar, hay momentos en los que por razones más fuertes que tú debes reiniciar todo tu sistema de vida cual si fuera una computadora y así nada más restaurar todo. Son esos momentos en los que demostramos de que estamos hechos. No es fácil y nunca lo será, por más que estemos preparados para afrontar cualquier situación esos cambios profundos siempre tendrán un poco de nuestra resistencia pero en mi caso y segura estoy que en el de ustedes también tendrá lo mejor de nuestra energía positiva.
Life is all about making decisions to change and transform, there are times when for reasons stronger than you, you have to reboot your entire life system as if it were a computer and just restore everything. Those are the moments when we show what we are made of. It is not easy and it never will be, no matter how prepared we are to face any situation those deep changes will always have a little bit of our resistance but in my case and I am sure that in yours it will also have the best of our positive energy.

Lo primero que debemos hacer es confiar, sí, confiar en que siempre puedes volver a comenzar. Nada ni nadie (excepto tú mismo) puede impedirte comenzar en una vida, un nuevo lugar de trabajo, una carrera, una relación de pareja, una amistad siempre y cuando todo sea en armonía y bienestar. Mientras estemos seguros de que a nuestro paso hemos hecho las cosas bien, de que no hemos lastimado a ningún otro ser e interferido en la existencia armoniosa de otra vida podemos volver a comenzar, porque la vida no te exige estar anclado a un lugar o circunstancias que ya no te hacen bien.
The first thing we must do is trust, yes, trust that you can always start over. Nothing and no one (except yourself) can stop you from starting over in a life, a new workplace, a career, a relationship, a friendship as long as everything is in harmony and well being. As long as we are sure that we have done things right, that we have not hurt any other being or interfered in the harmonious existence of another life, we can start again, because life does not require you to be anchored to a place or circumstances that no longer do you good.

Muchas serán las ocasiones en las que sin darnos cuenta nosotros estaremos dando los pasos para presionar ese botón de reiniciar nuestra vida. Cuando comenzamos a realizar pequeños cambios pero que son rápidos, profundos y necesarios estaremos moviendo las energías que estaban estáticas y que tan solo necesitaban una pequeña chispa para comenzar a transformar todo a nuestro alrededor. Llegaran cosas nuevas y maravillosas que no esperabas, llegara más de lo que imaginabas si tan sólo te atreves a volver a comenzar. Nunca te rindas, no te abandones ante ninguna dificultad o problema porque nada es más grande que tu poder interior para transformar el veneno en medicina como dice la medicina china. Cuando llegamos a entender que un acto de amor propio también es comenzar todo de cero para nuestro bien y de quienes nos rodean entonces tomaremos como una bendición y en agradecimiento todo lo que termino y amaremos todo lo que inicia.
There will be many occasions in which without realizing it, we will be taking the steps to press the button to restart our life. When we begin to make small but quick, deep and necessary changes, we will be moving the energies that were static and that only needed a small spark to begin to transform everything around us. New and wonderful things will come that you did not expect, more will come than you imagined if only you dare to start again. Never give up, do not give in to any difficulty or problem because nothing is greater than your inner power to transform poison into medicine as Chinese medicine says. When we come to understand that an act of self-love is also to start everything from scratch for our good and the good of those around us then we will take as a blessing and in gratitude everything that ends and we will love everything that begins.
