Hola querida comunidad de Hive, en especial la comunidad de Holos Lotus es un placer para mí escribir constantemente para ustedes en cada uno de sus diferentes espacios ya que es un lugar para el crecimiento personal. Hoy me uno a la iniciativa de la amiga @damarysvibra en la cual nos invita hablar de conversaciones, algo importante en el ser humano ya que tiene que ver con el tipo de comunicación que tenemos con las otras personas, esto es vital y fundamental para nosotros.
Una buena conversación tiene que ver mucho con el tema que se trate y en un lugar agradable, además de las personas que efectúen este tipo de relación, las conversaciones son ese medio de comunicación que se comparten entre 2 o varias personas para llegar a un fin, para conocer de algún tema o simplemente para entablar un agradable ambiente de crecimiento entre las personas. Hoy en día vemos con mucha destrucción la conversación, esto lo digo desde mi punto de vista porque existen personas que estropean algo bonito solo porque no saben que decir, otros porque elevan el tono de la voz y finalmente aquellos que no aportan nada para que la misma fluya, es importante dar a entender los resultados beneficiosos que está nos aporta a nuestra vida.
Hello dear Hive community, especially the Holos Lotus community, it is a pleasure for me to write constantly for you in each of your different spaces as it is a place for personal growth. Today I join the initiative of the friend @damarysvibra in which she invites us to talk about conversations, something important in the human being because it has to do with the type of communication we have with other people, this is vital and fundamental for us.
A good conversation has to do a lot with the topic to be discussed and in a pleasant place, in addition to the people who carry out this type of relationship, conversations are that means of communication that are shared between 2 or more people to reach an end, to learn about a topic or simply to establish a pleasant atmosphere of growth between people. Nowadays we see with much destruction the conversation, I say this from my point of view because there are people who spoil something nice just because they do not know what to say, others because they raise the tone of voice and finally those who do not contribute anything to make it flow, it is important to understand the beneficial results that it brings to our life.

Una buena conversación tiene que tener varios puntos importantes a la hora de ser realizada ya que esto es lo fundamental para todos, es por eso que las conversaciones tienen que tener un punto de vista inicial importante, es decir debe mantenerse en una sintonía con lo que es el tema principal, este debe mantener concordancia con la otra persona, también debe nutrir nuestra vida, nos debe aportar lo necesario para que la misma fluya de manera continua. Hoy en día todas las conversaciones se reducen a algo y en un solo lugar, y mayormente se hacen mediante la tecnología, es decir las personas logran fluir a través de mensajería, pero al tenerlos al frente todo cambia y o logramos conectar con las personas.
A good conversation has to have several important points at the time of being carried out since this is the fundamental thing for everyone, that is why the conversations have to have an important initial point of view, that is to say it must be kept in tune with what is the main topic, this must maintain agreement with the other person, it must also nourish our life, it must provide us with what is necessary for it to flow continuously. Today all conversations are reduced to something and in one place, and mostly are made through technology, ie people manage to flow through messaging, but having them in front of everything changes and we fail to connect with people.

1. ¿Consideras que sabes conversar?
Do you consider yourself a conversationalist?
Realmente considero que si, me gusta mucho involucrar mis pensamientos y decisiones con otras personas, me gusta oír a los demás aunque en ocasiones soy una parlanchina y casi siempre termino opinando demás, muchas personas me dicen que hablo bastante, además tengo una característica muy particular es que casi siempre habló sobre muchos temas, estoy involucrada con muchas cosas y conozco bastante porque me gusta leer para poder opinar. Me considero buena para hablar por eso mismo, más aún cuando del tema se lo suficiente ya que me gusta opinar y dar mis recomendaciones, además de enseñar a otros, quien me conoce saber cómo soy y lo que me gusta hacer en una conversación.
I really consider that yes, I really like to involve my thoughts and decisions with other people, I like to listen to others although sometimes I am a chatterbox and almost always end up giving my opinion, many people tell me that I talk a lot, I also have a very particular characteristic is that I almost always talk about many topics, I am involved with many things and I know a lot because I like to read to be able to give my opinion. I consider myself good to talk for that reason, even more when I know enough about the subject because I like to give my opinion and recommendations, besides teaching others, those who know me know how I am and what I like to do in a conversation.
2. ¿Qué valoras más en una persona con la que te guste conversar?
What do you value most in a person you enjoy talking to?
Una de las cosas que más valoro en una persona con la que me gusta conversar es sinceramente su posición al hablar y la forma que tiene al trasmitir el mensaje, muchas veces me gusta la paciencia y el tono de la voz ya que no me gusta hablar con personas que se alteren demasiado porque pienso que lo que quieren es pelear, esas personas las saco de mis conversaciones. Me gusta entablar con aquellas personas que me aporten a mis conocimientos, a mi crecimiento personal y profesional ya que esto es lo mejor, poder aprovechar lo máximo de las personas que son más expertos en los temas que nosotros, en esas personas que me gusta hablar, valoro mucho el tiempo y la disponibilidad que tienen conmigo y los demás.
One of the things I value most in a person with whom I like to talk is sincerely his position when speaking and the way he has to convey the message, often I like the patience and tone of voice because I do not like to talk to people who get too upset because I think that what they want is to fight, those people I take them out of my conversations. I like to engage with those people who contribute to my knowledge, to my personal and professional growth because this is the best, to make the most of people who are more expert in the topics that we, in those people I like to talk, I value the time and availability they have with me and others.
3. ¿Qué beneficios encuentras en tus conversaciones con los otros?; ¿Y tú, qué piensas que les aportas?
What benefits do you find in your conversations with others; and what do you think you bring to them?
En mis conversaciones con los demás, encuentro de beneficios muchas cosas, esto va desde incrementar más mis conocimientos hasta conocer cosas nuevas ya que me gusta mucho investigar cuando no se de algo, aunque la mayoría del tiempo manejo muchos temas, esto debido al nivel de lectura que muchas veces tengo yo misma, aunque no me considero lo mejor en ese ámbito pero me gusta poder expresar lo que siento, lo que pienso y como creo que es todo. Muchos son los beneficios, también encuentro mucho valor en las personas de poder hablar de algo que también me guste a mi, porque a veces los temas aunque los sé, no me gusta hablar como tal es el caso de la geografía, en eso casi no me gusta pero si alguien lo hace, estoy agradecida por conocer y aprender nuevas cosas.
En lo máximo considero que le aporto lo necesario para que la conversación fluya de manera pasiva y armónica, amo hablar con personas que tengan sentido del humor y que a su vez pueda conocer cosas nuevas con ellos. Lo necesario para mí considero que lo aporto en la conversación,en otros ámbitos también aporto nuevos conocimientos ya que trato de involucrar temas que conozco que esa persona no sabe y me gusta ayudar a conocer cosas nuevas.
In my conversations with others, I find of benefits many things, this goes from increasing my knowledge to learn new things because I like to investigate when I do not know something, although most of the time I handle many topics, this due to the level of reading that I often have myself, although I do not consider myself the best in that area but I like to express what I feel, what I think and how I think everything is. Many are the benefits, I also find much value in people to be able to talk about something that I also like to me, because sometimes the topics although I know them, I do not like to talk as such is the case of geography, in that I almost do not like but if someone does, I am grateful to know and learn new things.
At the most I consider that I contribute what is necessary for the conversation to flow in a passive and harmonious way, I love to talk with people who have a sense of humor and at the same time I can learn new things with them. What is necessary for me I consider that I contribute in the conversation, in other areas I also contribute new knowledge since I try to involve topics that I know that the person does not know and I like to help to know new things.
Desde mi punto de vista considero que las conversaciones son para nutrir nuestros conocimientos, además de aprender de diferentes áreas que quizás no conocemos, además también es para que las personas se puedan relacionar mejor aún y eso es lo que hace una conversación amena para todos. Desde muy pequeña me ha gustado hablar de todo, soy una persona que no siente miedo hacerlo, mucho menos a enseñar a los demás en lo poco que sé ya que considero que cada persona en este mundo tiene lo necesario para comunicar y también enseñar, cada uno de nosotros tiene algo nuevo que conocer y expresar.
Gracias a ustedes por siempre estar aquí, por leer y apoyar mi publicación, además de poder ver mi punto de vista en cuanto lo que es tener una buena conversación, realmente no soy la mejor pero si me considero buena para hablar y para mantener una conversación activa entre 2 o más personas. Lo que aprendemos cada día es para fortalecer nuestros conocimientos y saberes, me gusta que la comunidad tenga espacio para muchos temas que son necesarios hoy en día en el ser humano, muchas gracias a todos por estar aquí.
From my point of view I consider that conversations are to nurture our knowledge, besides learning about different areas that perhaps we do not know, it is also so that people can relate even better and that is what makes a conversation enjoyable for everyone. Since I was very little I have liked to talk about everything, I am a person who is not afraid to do so, much less to teach others the little I know because I believe that each person in this world has what it takes to communicate and also to teach, each of us has something new to know and express.
Thanks to you for always being here, for reading and supporting my publication, besides being able to see my point of view on what it is to have a good conversation, I'm not really the best but I consider myself good at talking and maintaining an active conversation between 2 or more people.
