Querida comunidad de Holos&Lotus es un placer para mi hacer este post, les deseo un feliz cumpleaños y una vida llena de éxitos y excelentes proyectos. Agradezco a esta bella comunidad por permitir un espacio de crecimiento personal en la red de Hive, un espacio donde nos podemos conocer y ayudar como comunidad. Gracias a esta comunidad he conocido y aprendido mucho de la red, con sus iniciativas y propuestas incentivan la creación de contenido de valor enfocado en el bienestar y en el desarrollo personal, apoyando a la comunidad hispanohablante y tejiendo una comunidad solida.
Dear HolosLotus community, it is a pleasure for me to make this post, I wish you a happy birthday and a life full of successes and excellent projects. I thank this beautiful community for allowing a space for personal growth in the Hive network, a space where we can meet and help each other as a community. Thanks to this community I have known and learned a lot about the network, with its initiatives and proposals they encourage the creation of valuable content focused on well-being and personal development, supporting the Spanish-speaking community and weaving a solid community.

Señala una o más acciones que consideres que desde la comunidad se pueden llevar a cabo:
Campañas de ayudas o aportes a la comunidad: Al ser una comunidad tan unida y que mantiene en constante interacción, creo que es un espacio adecuado para afrontar situaciones sociales y culturales que como comunidad nos afectan directamente nuestro bienestar y el de nuestros seres queridos. Un ejemplo puede ser campañas de educación de la web3, campañas de concientización de la importancia del bienestar como estilo de vida, ayudas y aportes en general a la comunidad. De esta manera crece la acogida de la red y se puede promocionar nuestra comunidad ofreciendo un aporte muy positivo a la sociedad.
Indicate one or more actions that you consider can be carried out by the community: Campaigns to help or contribute to the community: Being such a united community that maintains constant interaction, I believe that it is an appropriate space to face social and cultural situations that as a community directly affect our well-being and that of our loved ones. An example could be web3 education campaigns, awareness campaigns of the importance of well-being as a lifestyle, aid and contributions in general to the community. In this way the reception of the network grows and our community can be promoted by offering a very positive contribution to the society.
Resalta los efectos que pueden tener esas acciones sobre ti, en especial si pueden potenciar nuestras habilidades para que emerja lo mejor de nosotros.
Compartir es parte de mi, es sin duda uno de los lenguajes que uso para expresar el amor, compartir conocimientos, compartir momentos, compartir un plato de comida, compartir un poco de lo que soy me hace sentir muy pleno y encuentro mucho bienestar en estas actividades. Holos&Lotus se caracteriza por ser una comunidad muy colaborativa y dispuesta a ayudar a los nuevos y antiguos miembros que intentan hacer una buena labor y compartir cosas positivas en la comunidad. El apoyo y unidad de la comunidad ha sido una pieza imprescindible en el crecimiento de la red, y creo que esta unidad nos puede llevar a conseguir grandes cosas.
Highlight the effects that these actions can have on you, especially if they can enhance our abilities so that the best in us emerges. Sharing is part of me, it is without a doubt one of the languages I use to express love, share knowledge, share moments, share a plate of food, sharing a little of who I am makes me feel very fulfilled and I find a lot of well-being in these activities. Holos&Lotus is characterized by being a very collaborative community and willing to help new and old members who try to do good work and share positive things in the community. The support and unity of the community has been an essential piece in the growth of the network, and I believe that this unity can lead us to achieve great things.
¿De qué manera crees que podamos fortalecer o estrechar nuestros vínculos como Comunidad?
Dar un seguimiento y apoyo a creadores nuevos que ingresan a la plataforma con pocos conocimientos de como publicar, que comunidades seguir, y dar a conocer las reglas de la comunidad. Se podría seguir estos nuevos post con un hashtag que se proponga en la comunidad para apoyar los primeros post y las presentaciones de las personas interesadas en pertenecer a la comunidad. Creo que otra buena opción seria organizar colaboraciones entre miembros, que inviten a sus seguidores a participar en estos eventos y de esta manera lograr una buena interacción y hacer de estas colaboraciones un espacio ideal para el crecimiento de la comunidad otorgando menciones y reconocimiento a los participantes. Muchas veces una frase de apoyo, un voto, un comentario positivo, pueden ser de gran ayuda en momentos en los que sentimos que nuestro trabajo no tiene los resultados que deseamos.
Provide follow-up and support to new creators who enter the platform with little knowledge of how to publish, which communities to follow, and make the community rules known. These new posts could be followed with a hashtag that is proposed in the community to support the first posts and presentations of people interested in belonging to the community. I think that another good option would be to organize collaborations between members, who invite their followers to participate in these events and in this way achieve good interaction and make these collaborations an ideal space for the growth of the community by granting mentions and recognition to the participants. . Many times a phrase of support, a vote, a positive comment, can be of great help in moments when we feel that our work does not have the results we want.

Deseo de todo corazón que este sea uno de muchos años mas por celebrar y que nuestra comunidad vaya creciendo junto a sus integrantes con acciones y propuestas de valor.
