Since I was a child, I remember that cake on every birthday, made by my mother, she taught us that every year what happens we have to celebrate it and better if it is with your loved ones.Dear ones, I think that many of us feel a little younger than our chronological age and I think that is normal, although I have come across people who are quite the opposite.
At home I am 30 years old, and in May I turned 31, I really don't feel that age, only when I start with my ailments but the rest I feel young, in fact many know that I have just become in mom and at first I felt like it was a teenage pregnancy, hahaha.
I could say that I feel about 25 years old, and everyone tells me that I don't look my chronological age and well I started to believe it, I think that my subjective age would be that, 25!
I think I still have a lot to live, to achieve and to dream, I also think that as long as you feel young everything will be easier, what do I mean? So if you think that You are already old and you will not have time to do what you want because you really waste time only on those negative thoughts.
I particularly try to stay pretty, even if it's natural but always neat, that gives us shine. Furthermore, I think that staying pretty for ourselves even if we are at home all day It raises self-esteem and makes us feel better.
In fact, my partner is younger than me and when we stand together no one notices the age difference, I think I go like wine and the older the better.😅 I think that keeping these thoughts positive and Our high self-esteem is essential in this age issue.
Before, women used to take away their age and one of the things I notice now is that we say our age with great pride. Or at least some women around me do, And well, I am one of them, I am very proud to be 30 years old, and also to currently be experiencing motherhood, deep down I am happy that it was not sooner, because I think it would have been better for me It's been even more difficult.
Well friends, let's live our years proudly, it's one year less but also one more year of life, so keep a positive mind, and let's love each other with the years we have, health of our baby. Thank you for coming this far!❤️
