La importancia de tener un Mentor / The importance of a Mentor

Saludos a toda mi comunidad de @holos-lotus, es un gusto volver por aquí, deseo comentarles de un nuevo proyecto que ha surgido en el último mes, y es el poder de asumir la necesidad e importancia de tener un mentor y ser una mentora y además comprender que también tenemos dones, talentos, experiencias de vida, logros que han marcado nuestra existencia y que desde allí podemos acompañar a otros.

Un mentor acompaña, guía, y su arma secreta es escuchar.

Un mentor te respalda

Aceptar: el primer paso es comprender que hay áreas de nuestra vida que necesitan ayuda para avanzar y que solo no lo vas a lograr, requieres el apoyo de alguien que haya avanzado en esa área que tú necesitas ir al siguiente nivel.

Es importante comprender que así como necesitas ayuda en unas aéreas, también puedes brindar apoyo a otros en áreas donde estás en equilibrio. Y lo más importante, está bien necesitar ayuda y pedirla, los grandes empresarios y millonarios tienen mentores en varias áreas de sus vidas.

Recordemos que las circunstancias no definen quién eres, son solo eso, acontecimientos, estar quebrado en la economía es circunstancial, no define quién eres, nada de lo que te sucede puede afectar tu identidad, afecta tus emociones, pero es transitorio, somos mucho más que las circunstancias, nuestra respuesta simplemente devela nuestro carácter.

Partiendo que todo en la vida son simples acontecimientos y que todo cambia, nada es eterno, desde esta perspectiva accionemos, te invitó a responder esta pregunta:

¿En qué área necesito ayuda?

Hace poco asumí que estoy en un proceso de reinvención y necesitaba ayuda para recomenzar, y en oración pedí ayuda a Dios, él es el principal mentor y siempre te enviará la ayuda que necesitas, desde mi FE, lo manejo así. A los pocos días me escribió una amiga de Suiza que deseaba ofrendarme de parte de Dios, un programa de mentoría de 4 sesiones enfocado en finanzas, yo impactada le dije siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii.

Dios es bueno todo el tiempo y nos sorprende de tal manera que no cabe duda que la bendición viene de parte de él. Esta semana estoy iniciando con este fabuloso programa de Money Coach.

Posteriormente, un antiguo amigo y entrenador de Liderazgo, me escribió y en medio de la conversación me ofreció de parte de Dios 10 sesiones de mentoría personalizada para ayudarme a empezar mi nuevo proyecto. Dios una vez más toco mi corazón, no estamos solos, siempre hay un círculo de gente amada que está lista para ayudarnos. Permítele a Dios ser Dios en tu vida.

Les quería comentar esas bendiciones, porque todo es posible para iniciar, además antes de esto estudie unas sesiones por YouTube de cómo ser un mentor, porque a pesar de esas áreas débiles que están en este tiempo en mi vida, tengo fortaleza en otras.

Realizando una auditoria personal, tome la decisión de lanzar mi programa de mentoría enfocada en el área del ser enfocado en apoyar a desarrollar tu influencia espiritual, pues allí he sido fortalecida, además de apoyar en el trabajo de rediseño mental y gestión emocional, porque me ha tocado aprender y además tengo certificaciones que me han dado las herramientas para realizar esta labor, antes no hubiese pensado en tener mi propio programa de mentoría, iniciar me ayudo a valorar mi vida y todo lo que he realizado y desde allí poder apoyar a otros.

Lance mi Programa Personalizado de Mentoría para Mujeres en mayo y se vendió, esta semana estoy terminando la última sesión y varias desean continuar conmigo, ha sido un proceso maravilloso, la gratificación y el aprendizaje no tiene precio, ver sus ojos brillando, felices después de cada sesión es un tesoro, además que me ha permitido percibir un nuevo ingreso.

Entonces la vida no tiene que ser perfecta para empezar algo nuevo, al contrario, las grandes oportunidades comienzan después o en medio de periodos de gran caos.

I wanted to tell you about these blessings, because everything is possible to start, also before this I studied some sessions on YouTube on how to be a mentor, because in spite of those weak areas that are at this time in my life, I have strength in others.

Performing a personal audit, I made the decision to launch my mentoring program focused on the area of being focused on supporting you to develop your spiritual influence, because there I have been strengthened, besides supporting you to develop your spiritual influence.

I launched my Personalized Mentoring Program for Women in May and it sold out, this week I am finishing the last session and several wish to continue with me, it has been a wonderful process, the gratification and learning is priceless, to see their eyes shining, happy after each session is a treasure, plus it has allowed me to perceive a new income.

So life does not have to be perfect to start something new, on the contrary, the great opportunities begin after or in the midst of periods of great chaos.
