Hola hermosa comunidad de @holos-lotus, la comunidad que contribuye al crecimiento personal de los miembros de la gran familia de Hive, Dios les bendiga inmenso.
En todas las áreas de nuestra vida es necesario capacitarnos, aprender, sobre todo cuando esto nos da las herramientas para ser mejores personas, con más empatia y que valoremos a nuestro entorno y a ir las personas que nos rodean. Tales fueron los seminarios que estuvimos recibiendo y en mi caso también enseñando durante aproximadamente dos meses los días lunes y miércoles con miras a prestar un mejor servicio y al mismo tiempo como requisito a la certificación del Ministerio de la Mujer de la iglesia Adventista (MM) y del Ministerio Infantil y del Adolescente (MIA).
En una oportunidad en una publicación mencioné sobre estos seminarios titulados "Manos que tejen" que buscaban sensibilizar a las damas de la iglesia a ser observadoras, creativas, inteligentes, cuidadosas, como una mujer que teje en el trato con aquellas personas que sufren y necesitan que contribuyamos con su bienestar, tal es el caso por ejemplo de los ancianos, los niños, una mujer sola e incluso el bienestar de un animal indefenso al que podamos hacer una caridad.
Contribuir a aliviar el sufrimiento ajeno no es fácil, pero podemos empezar con pequeñas acciones a las personas que están cerca nuestro como familiares, amigos o vecinos. Si somos buenas observadoras podremos percibir alrededor esas necesidades que no necesariamente son monetarias, pueden ser afectivas, emocionales o espirituales también. Nadie es una isla, nos necesitamos unos a otros y somos la gran familia humana.
El material era muy hermoso, me gustó mucho el de "manos que tejen esperanza", debemos mantener viva la esperanza y al mismo tiempo llevar esperanza a otros. También me gustó "manos que tejen con compasión"que nos invita a ser compasivos, siendo más atentos a los mas vulnerables como los ancianos, de acuerdo a las estadísticas estos muchas veces sufren en manos de sus cuidadores. Necesitan mucha paciencia, amor y atención. También los niños forman parte de ese sector vulnerable, los enfermos, las viudas, las madres solteras, entre otros.
Hay mucho que cambiar en el mundo, pero debemos empezar por nosotros mismos, ser menos egoistas, más altruistas y atentos a las necesidades de los que están en derredor nuestro. El suicidio no es un juego y muchos caen en estos pensamientos nefastos por no tener esperanza y fe en el futuro. Cómo nos sentiriamos si una persona que conocemos comete una acción como esa? Lo primero que diriamos es cómo no me dí cuenta de su sufrimiento, cómo pasó desapercibido a mis ojos su situación?. Y nos sentiriamos mal, pero ya no podríamos hacer nada. El momento es antes, contribuyendo como sociedad al bienestar físico,mental y espiritual de las personas que nos rodean.
Fueron muchas las enseñanzas, "manos que tejen con sacrificio", "manos que tejen con sabiduría", entre otros. También en el seminario contamos con una señora, experta en tejidos y otras decoraciones, amiga de la iglesia, quien junto a otras mujeres nos dieron clases de tejido. Yo ya sabía tejer, pero fue relajante y linda la experiencia de ver a tantas mujeres y también hombres tejiendo. Finalmente, llegó el día de la certificación, domingo 13 de noviembre. Se certificaron 123 personas ya que abarcó también a los que realizaron los seminarios del Ministerio Infantil. Yo participé en ambos, ya que como docente y madre siempre me gusta refrescar los conocimientos relacionados con la educación de los niños así que también asistí y preparé el material de estos seminarios.
La decoración estuvo muy bonita, cada participante debía armar su carpeta con las respuestas a las preguntas de los seminarios. Yo hice mi carpeta y la de mi hermana, pues ella hizo el uniforme de ambas y estaba muy ocupada. Traté de decorarlas lo mejor que pude aunque no tenía muchos recursos, pues invertí en las telas del uniforme, pero creo que quedaron bonitas y lo más importante es el contenido y la gran enseñanza de vida que pudimos aprender.
También se colocaron en la mesa algunos de los tejidos hechos de modo que las mesas se veian muy lindas con los tejidos y las carpetas decoradas. La parte superior se decoró también con motivos del ministerio de la mujer y el ministerio infantil y del Adolescente.
Fue un día muy hermoso y finalizamos con un rico almuerzo, especial para ese día. Deseaba compartir con ustedes el disfrute de este día que me hizo sentir tan bien y cuyas enseñanzas adquiridas van en función a mi crecimiento personal, de lo que representa la esencia del ser procurando atesorar todo lo bueno en mi corazón para así compartirlo también con los demás. Podemos ser pequeñas luces en la oscuridad de alguien, el mundo necesita más amor, compasión, esperanza y sabiduría.

In all areas of our life it is necessary to train ourselves, to learn, especially when this gives us the tools to be better people, with more empathy and to value our environment and the people around us. Such were the seminars that we were receiving and in my case also teaching for about two months on Mondays and Wednesdays in order to provide a better service and at the same time as a requirement for the certification of the Women's Ministry of the Adventist Church (MM) and the Adolescent and Children's Ministry (MIA).
Once in a publication I mentioned about these seminars entitled "Knitting Hands" that sought to sensitize the ladies of the church to be observant, creative, intelligent, caring, like a woman who knits in dealing with those people who suffer and need us to contribute to their welfare, such is the case for example of the elderly, children, a woman alone and even the welfare of a helpless animal to which we can make a charity.
Contributing to alleviate the suffering of others is not easy, but we can start with small actions to people who are close to us as relatives, friends or neighbors. If we are good observers we will be able to perceive around us those needs that are not necessarily monetary, they can be affective, emotional or spiritual as well. Nobody is an island, we need each other and we are the great human family.
The material was very beautiful, I really liked the one about "hands that weave hope", we must keep hope alive and at the same time bring hope to others. I also liked "hands that weave with compassion" which invites us to be compassionate, being more attentive to the most vulnerable such as the elderly, according to statistics they often suffer at the hands of their caregivers. They need a lot of patience, love and attention. Children are also part of this vulnerable sector, the sick, widows, single mothers, among others.
There is much to change in the world, but we must start with ourselves, be less selfish, more altruistic and attentive to the needs of those around us. Suicide is not a game and many people fall into these nefarious thoughts because they have no hope and faith in the future. How would we feel if a person we know committed such an action? The first thing we would say is how could I not have noticed their suffering, how could their situation have gone unnoticed in my eyes? And we would feel bad, but we could no longer do anything. The moment is before, contributing as a society to the physical, mental and spiritual well-being of the people around us.
There were many teachings, "hands that weave with sacrifice", "hands that weave with wisdom", among others. Also at the seminar we had a lady, an expert in weaving and other decorations, a friend of the church, who along with other women gave us weaving classes. I already knew how to weave, but it was a relaxing and beautiful experience to see so many women and also men weaving. Finally, the day of certification, Sunday, November 13. There were 123 people certified since it also included those who attended the Children's Ministry seminars. I participated in both, since as a teacher and mother I always like to refresh my knowledge related to children's education so I also attended and prepared the material for these seminars.
The decoration was very nice, each participant had to put together his or her folder with the answers to the questions of the seminars. I made my folder and my sister's folder, as she made the uniform for both of them and she was very busy. I tried to decorate them as best I could, even though I didn't have many resources, since I invested in the uniform fabrics, but I think they were beautiful and the most important thing is the content and the great life teaching we were able to learn.
Some of the fabrics made were also placed on the table so the tables looked very nice with the fabrics and the decorated folders. The top was also decorated with motifs from the women's ministry and the children and teen ministry.

It was a very beautiful day and we ended with a delicious lunch, special for that day. I wanted to share with you the enjoyment of this day that made me feel so good and whose acquired teachings are a function of my personal growth, of what represents the essence of being, trying to treasure all the good in my heart to share it also with others. We can be small lights in someone's darkness, the world needs more love, compassion, hope and wisdom.
