After losing my Canon camera and buying this used Olympus OMD camera, I am facing a few problems already. The first one is the on and off button on my camera malfunctioned, and I needed to take out the battery from my camera to shut it off. I really need to take the camera to a camera repair shop to get it fixed, but the problem is that I need to go to the city to find a recommended camera repair shop. And with my previous experience with my Canon camera it will not be easy, and also with a lesser known brand like my Olympus Omd camera then it will be another story.
Then what irritates me more is the flare that I get from the recent setup that I have. I still could not figure out what was causing this flare in the middle of the photos that I took with the current macro setup, but I suspect it is coming from the extension tube and the adaptor that connects my Canon lens with my Olympus body.
As you can see from the result of the photos that I have today, this flare is relly noticeable, while previously it was just a little bit, and can be hidden, but this time it is too much.
It feels like something is poking in the middle of the frame, and since it happening again and again and I still could not figure out the way to get around it, it really irritates me.
As you can see, that these might be nice photos, but because of the flare, it somehow ruins the shots a little bit.
the other option is to buy a proper macro lens for my Olympus camera, but at the moment it is just out of the question because of the budget issue that I have.
Anyway, back to the photos, these are some of the bugs that I found on my recent photo walk, and they are on different generations, from the very young one to the old one, and they somehow packed in one of the branches in one wild plant. really interesting.
