In wonderland it was forbidden for royalty to marry or even have an affair with a maiden who is from the kingdom of fairies, both kingdoms were not fully at peace with each other and were not willing to let go of their differences. As they bumped into each other her basket of fruits fell to the ground, prince Charles helped her pick it up while he apologized that it was an accident.

Prince Charles sent words to the lady booking an appointment with the lady, which she agreed to see him.
They met and he finally professed his love to her and she reminded him about the existing law, he promised to talk to his father about the law. After talking to his father, at first his father disapproved but after consulting the counsel of elders who were after prince Charles's happiness for kindness towards everyone, they agreed that the decree should no longer be in existence and royalty can now marry maidens from the fairies kingdom.
Prince Charles got married to Lucy, both kingdoms were United, both kingdoms blossomed as the fairies kept using their magic to make things more beautiful and they lived happily ever after.
