How to join our guild:

To join our Guild please complete the below steps:

1. Join our Guild Discord channel.
2. Once in discord introduce yourself with a bit of your Splinterlands or P2E background and why you are interested.
3. Pay our monthly 100 DEC membership fee to @acolytesofhelio

Guild Requirements:

We strive to have an active membership that is interested in both Splinterlands and the idea of working together. As such we have a few requirements:

1. Keep current with guild membership fees: 100 Dec per month (subject to change ;) )
   Interact with the guild regularly on Discord. Discord is our primary communication medium
2. Post on Hive. At the end of the day, we value members that value the Hive environment. Our members have all grown their Hive accounts by actively supporting each other and we expect the same from newer members.
3. Purchase at least 1 Cartel token. We work closely with OneUp and the 1UP-Cartel and require members to hold at least 1 token. Check this post for details on the Cartel.

since we literally posted only 1 post since our last report there has been not too many changes except that we have a bit more HP. Again I would like to encourage our members to take initiative and get posting!

Splinterlands assets:

We are renting out our cards and have a reasonable rental income over time. It is not life changing money but still some DEC trickling in every day. With @solymi setting the guild as a beneficiary of his land SPS reward we are making a bit more than 4 staked $SPS daily which gets added to the guild treasury. As the land expansion unfolds we will need to work together so we can get the best out of my tract and this will of course always benefit the guild as well.

Our cards:

If any of our members has the wish to play the acolyte account we can start renting up for it! We could get soulbond rewards for the guild account and when time comes we can sell or burn or transfer to guild members. Just ideas here.

SPS and DEC

After pulling liquidity from tribaldex I transferred and swapped and played around until we ended up like this:

Our DEC-B holdings are new I swapped a big chunk of our holdings into DEC-B since we anyways have to work on building the higher tier guild to better levels. Ideally we manage to get every one of us into 1 guild.

I left a portion liquid which contains 10k DEC donated by me to pay bounties for members who want to write posts for the guild.

DIVIDENDS or compounds and diversification

Yes I want to start this but I will have to figure out a way to do it in a way that incentivizes playing and being an active member of our guild.
The council will sit together and discuss how it will work.
What also is bugging me for a while that we are very much NOT diversified in our assets. My suggestion is to look for some ways to invest in other games and their tokens as well. Whats your opinion?

Also New: the guild will have short announcement on threads and will engage more there! I have built up quite the nice stake in both LEO and HP and can distribute my votes accordingly. Making a bit of an extra income for the guild.
