THEME: RADIATED BRUTE

Rarity: COMMON
Element: FIRE
Attack: MELEE
Abilities: Reach
My Lineup
Here is my lineup for the battle
Position | Summoner/Monsters | Abilities |
---|---|---|
Summoner | Tarsa | +1 Health, +1 Melee Attack |
Position 1 | Living Lava | Shield |
Position 2 | Radiated Brute | Reach |
Position 3 | Serpentine Spy | Opportunity |
Position 4 | Spark Pixies | Flying |
Position 5 | Tenyii Striker | Sneak |
My summoner was Tarsa which gave extra health and an extra melee attack to all my monsters. The ruleset was standard with all splinters allowed and the battle was a 28 mana battle that is a high mana battle making it possible for me to experiment on my lineup.
I have a powerful card on the first place in the form of Living Lava. It has a shield too on top of 6 health points, it also does a good amount of damage. So, overall it was a nice card to use for this battle. It proved to be a tough job for the opponent to eliminate.
Radiated Brute was the second one I placed after reading that its Reach ability helps him to attack while placed in the second position as well. So, it was an easy choice for me on the second spot in my lineup.
Serpentine Spy came at the next position. It has a unique ability of Opportunity that I like the most. Many heavy attackers have less health, I noticed if you use this card it can eliminate those weak cards easily and guarantee you an easy win.
I addedSpark Pixies as my only attacker other than melee attack. I could have used another melee attacking unit and could have utilized my summoners power to a greater extent. But I won easily, so no harm done, I guess.
Last but not the least was Tenyii Striker, I love its stats with a nice sneak ability make me like this card so much. I can place it anywhere in the lineup and it will still attack. So, a nice card to use. I will be using this card more in my future battle.
After the lineup was all set, it was time for battle.
Here is the battle video.
I won handsomly with 3 cards still left to spare.
Did your strategy work? What will you try differently next time?
As you can see in the above battle gif, my strategy worked well. I could use another melee type monster to get maximum from my summoner, otherwise it was a good battle for me.
Do you like the Raidated Brute? Why or why not?
Yes, I like the Raidated Brute, it is a handy unit in fire type splinter. If you have a strong first card then it makes a lot of sense to use Radiated Brute in the second position.
