Heyyy yooooo
what's up Splinter Player around the world how are you doing? I am sharing my battle this time in new format of battle challenge that make me mesmering, Before i share the battle as a spoiler i am losing the battle. But, this time i am enjoying my lossess. Because i can learning the arrangement of the opponent line up. Seriously opponent line up is somehow perfect and i think it will be unbeatable. It feels no gaps at all. But before i ma sharing how the battle and my strategy it better to know about the ruleset first.

Rise of Common ruleset description is Only common and rare units may be used in battles.Summoners are unaffected by this rule. So we just need to arrange monster in the battlefield with just common and rare monster only, we cannot use epic and legendary monster in the battle. Sometimes it is pretty hard to arrange the line up. I am prefer using Epic and Legendary monster since Epic and Legendary monster still having many great ability that can make the strategy complete. But, somehow this ruleset make the battle to be simple battle. And thats why we need to calculate the outcome both defence and attack. And in this battle you can see how the opponent can arrange the common and rare rarity to be a great perfectly balance of the team. It really really good to get this experience for me. So lets see how i am arrange for my team and then lets look how the battle goes right

Strategy Phase

Screenshot (2761).png

As you can see in the picture above this battle have 3 ruleset the first ruleset is Super Sneak that means all melee monster will have sneak ability, the second ruleset is Tis but Scrathes that means Every monster will have cripple ability that can make monster that get hit losing 1 maximum health and the last but not least is Rise of Commons that means both player just can using Common and Rare rarity monster in the battlefield but summoners excluded. The manacap that can be used is 32 which is very average and quite enough if just for common and rare rarity monster. Then the element that cannot be used in this battle is Water and Dragon element. The element is pretty hard for this battle since the common and rare rarity monster that pretty good available in Water element mostly. But, we still can choosing on Life element. The only element that having pretty badass monster in common and rare rarity. So, this time i am choosing Life element. And this time i am sharing my battle from Scholar Account from Balthazar Guild i am one of the scholar that playing the account. So,without further ado lets check out how i arrange the team in this ruleset. You can check on the table below

CardPositionAbilityReason
Summoner+1 Armor Void Armor AmplifyLife element is the second best element that having common and rare rarity monster that having pretty good status and ability such as stitch leech, Celestial Harpy and many more. Thats why i am using this element and this summoner. Especially when opponent suddendly using magic monster in this battle it can be countered using this summoner ability and using some of monster that having Magic Reflect ability.
Frontline Tanker Imperial Knight is one of the rewards card soulbound edition common rarity that having pretty good and complex ability that can be used as a frontline tanker and pretty fit if combined with Grandmaster Rathe as a summoner. Not only that this monster can self healing that can make this monster holding some of the attack from opponent. Also this monster having pretty good amount of armor that can cover this monster health. But,somehow i am hesitant this monster can hold because of the Tis But Scratches ruleset that can reducing maximum health amount. and it will make this monster very vulnerable in a few round after the armor broken.
Back Attacker I know that Stitch Leech status is not pretty good at the beginning, but after this mosnter can suck out opponent life, it will be a monster with high amount of health. and somehow this monster will be pretty strong and unbeatable. Especially whan this monster still can attack and leeching opponent health, it will adding the amount of this monster max health with Life Leech ability. But with the Super Sneak ruleset i think the opponent will preparing the backline so yeah i am pretty hesitant too about bringing this monster in my line up. But, i think it worth to try using this monster.
Debuff Support Time Mage is pretty important monster in my line up, it will make opponent loses 2 armor with Rust ability and make opponent lose 1 Speed with slow ability. And with the slow i will be faster that opponent atack. It makes my team will having chance to attack first and can defeated opponent first before my team got defeated.
Attacker I need to bring War Pegasus in this time because this monster having pretty useful ability that is shattered so it will broke down the opponent armor in just one hit. especially this monster having pretty good speed that can be the first attacker that always broking down opponent armor in just one hit. And chance of this opponent missing the attack is pretty low due the high speed. Also this monster having flying ability that can be a defence for this monster, it will make opponent having 25% chance of missing the atack.
Backline Tanker Blinding Reflector is one of the common monster unit that having pretty good ability that can make opponent having blind effect that can make additional 25% missing the attack if the RNG is right. But somehow the blind did not give any effect to opponent. But this monster also have high armor that will make this monster pretty good as a tanker too. Hopefully the blind effect can be very usefull in this battle.
Backline Tanker Pelacor Conjurer is pretty good common monster unit that can be very useful for the defence. This monster having pretty high speed and having flying ability that can give this monster chance of dodge the opponent melee attack up to 25% and also with the blind effect it will be a perfect combination for this monster defence, but back again it will depends on the RNG think. Somehow this ability cannot work. I dont know how can be like that feels like i am the unlucy person in the world.

So, this is my strategy. i think it can be work out in this battle ruleset. But,back again my strategy really depending on RNG that i dont like it. Almost my battle RNG is pretty suck for me. The RNG game is never sided with me thats why i am doubtfull with this strategy. But, lets try this strategy.

Battlephase

opening.gif

Okay as i spoiler earlier, this time i am encountered with the new rebellion summoner that i am never used it and this is the first time i am encountered. Looking by the picture above is the summoner having 2 choices that can be used in this battle either having heal ability or adding 2 speed. But i dont know how it works, so lets check the battle aye.

Round 1

round 1.gif

As usual in round 1 both parties got buff and debuff from both summoners and monsters. In my team got

  • 1 Additional Armor from my Summoner Grandmaster Rathe ability
  • Void Armor and Amplify ability from my Summoner Grandmaster Rathe ability.

In opponent team got

  • Opponent Grimbardun Smith having heal ability by opponent summoner ability
  • 1 Speed debuff from my Time Mage ability Slow
  • 2 Armor Debuff from my Time Mage ability Rust

After buff and debuff the battle started. After looking opponent line up i am pretty sure that i will lose the battle. It seems the opponent having more complex monster that can make the frontline tanker and backline tanker get healed. Especially the Frontline Tanker in opponent side, that monster having Void ability also having repair ability that can make my team hardly beating it. Especially having heal ability. it will make the frontline tanker never running out of the armor stock and health amount stock. So the battle opening with my Time Mage attacking opponent Grimbardun Smith and following my War Pegasus hitting Grimbardun Smith and shatter opponent armor. Than Opponent Crystalsmith healing Grimbardun Smith and attacking my Imperial Knight and damage the armor only. After that opponent Celestial Harpy attacking my Pelacor Conjurer and broke the divine shield armor. then my Blinding Reflector attacking opponent Drybone Barbarian and activate the enrage ability. Then opponent Drybone Barbarian still can hit my Pelacor Conjurer (here the strange i think blind and flying ability cannot be normally functioned). Than my Stitch leech attacking opponent Drybone Barbarian and leeching the health but yeah opponent Drybone Barbarian attacking my Stitch leech back with retaliate ability and broke my Stitch Leech armor. Then opponent Sunkai Harvester missing attacking my Pelacor Conjurer (okay maybe this time the RNG is normal) and the last is my Imperial Knight attacking opponent Grimbardun Smith

Round 2

round 2.gif

It seems in round 1 nothing much happened with both parties, it is like just testing the attack, but somehow i am feels that my team cannot keep up with opponent repair and healing ability. it wil be hard to penetrate opponent defence i think. It almost perfect and untouchable. In round 2 same with round 1 my Time Mage attacking opponent Grimbardun Smith first and the following by my War Pegasus attacking Grimbardun Smith. But it just like scratching a little did not give much damage. Then opponent Drybone Barbarian defeated my Pelacor Conjurer. I am salute with opponent Drybone Barbarian that never missing attacking my Pelacor Conjurer. it feels like having True Strike ability. Then opponent Venari Crystalsmith healing again opponent Grimbardun Smith and make the health comeback full and hit my Imperial Knight and just hit the armor. After that opponent Celestial Harpy attacking my Blinding Reflector and just hitting the armor too. Then my Blinding Reflector attacking opponent Drybone Barbarian and get counter by retaliate ability and makes my Blinding Reflector lose all the armor. Then opponent Sunkai Harvester attacking my Blinding Reflector and leaving my Blinding Reflector health just 1. Then my Stitch Leech attacking opponent Drybone Barbarian and still cannot defeat it. The last is my Imperial Knight attacking opponent Grimbardun Smith and after that the rest is Grimbardun Smith healing it self and repair itself and opponent Albahoo Forester healing opponent Drybone Barbarian with triage ability.

Round 3

round 3.gif

After looking in round 2 i think my team cannot keeping up, the damage taken is bigger than my team giving damage to opponent line up, furthermore my line up did not have support system like opponent line up. i did not bring healing ability monster. So in round 3 still my Time Mage attacking Grimbardun Smith but just giving little damage. Then my War Pegasus attacking opponent Grimbardun Smith and just damaging the armor. Then opponent Drybone Barbarian defeated my Blinding Reflector and it make opponent blind effect gone. Repeat again opponent Venari Crystalsmith healing opponent Grimbardun Smith and broke my Imperial Knight armor. Then opponent Celestial Harpy attacking my War Pegasus, then my Stitch Leech of course missing attack opponent Drybone Barbarian . See just 2 speed different i can miss the attack feels weird? Nah it almost in my splinterland game like that. Then opponent Sunkai Harvester attacking my War Pegasus too. The last is my Imperial Knight attacking opponent Grimbardun Smith again. The badnews is Grimbardun Smith having Immunity thats why the cripple ability will not effect. So after that opponent Grimbardun Smith keep healing and repair itself, and the last is opponent Drybone Barbarian got healed by triage ability.

Round 4

round 4.gif

Okay from this round i believe that my team will lose the battle and i can learned that really Rebellion cards is very awesome, maybe i can buy some for my main account and maybe i am starting building my deck again. But, yeah who knows. In this round the first attack still my Time Mage attacking opponent Grimbardun Smith (really this monster trully sturdy it cannot be beaten at this time) then following by my War Pegasus just can attack the armor again. Then opponent Drybone Barbarian defeated my War Pegasus. Repeat again opponent Venari Crystalsmith healing opponent Grimbardun Smith again and the health come back full. Then opponent Sunkai Harvester missing attacking my Time Mage But before that opponent Celestial Harpy just broke my Time Mage armor. My Stitch leech attacking opponent Drybone Barbarian and still leeching the health. then my Imperial Knight attacking opponent Grimbardun Smith, and the last is Grimbardun Smith keeps healing and repair and opponent Drybone Barbarian get healed by Triage ability from Albahoo Forester.

Round 5

round 5.gif

Round 5 starting by my Time Mage once again just scratching opponent Grimbardun Smith, then opponent Drybone Barbarian defeated my Time Mage. After that opponent Venari Crystalsmith healing again and attacking my Imperial Knight. then opponent Celestial Harpy attacking my Stitch Leech following by opponent Sunkai Harvester attacking my Stitch Leech too. After that My Stitch Leech missing attacking opponent Drybone Barbarian. and back the backline and the frontline tanker got healing and repair for opponent Frontline Tanker. Really it makes super duper Sturdy line up.

Round 6

round 6.gif

okay this is the last round this time opponent Venari Crystalsmith attacking my Imperial Knight and leaving just 1 health, then my Stitch leech got defeated by combination attack from opponent Celestial Harpy and Drybone Barbarian. Then my Imperial Knight finished by opponent Sunkai Harvester and make me lose the battle.

Conclution

After experiencing this battle i am really impresed with opponent strategy that combined the soulbound card with rebellion card. I think some of rebellion cards is very awesome and very usefull when combined with the Chaos legion Edition. Like this battle i can say that the unlimited heal and repair is pretty good. It really make my team like just grain dust for the opponent. Especially when combined with the healing ability that comes from opponent summoner Avina of the wolf. That really really great. Even though i am lost. it makes my heart beating fast and give much of adrenalin to buy this rebellion cards. if you guys read this content i can suggest you to buy some of rebellion cards. Especially when you have the Chaos legion cards in your deck. But, yet still you need to collect the soulbound rewards card too. It will help and make easier to arrange the strategy with additional Soulbound Rewards card.
