CHALLENGE RULES
RULESET: Equal Opportunity
Description: All Monsters have the Opportunity ability.
Tip: Speed and HP is the trick here: higher speed will let you target enemy's low HP monster first, opening the way for your slower monsters to deal damage to higher HP enemy monsters. Keep lower HP monsters in front. Monsters who have two attack types should always be preferred.
Battle 1
Battle Rulesets:
Going the Distance:
Only units with ranged attacks may be used.
Tip:
Consider including units with the Close Range and Return Fire abilities in your lineup.
Equal Opportunity:
All units gain the Opportunity ability which allows them to attack the unit with the lowest health on the enemy team.
Tip:

Close Range:
Ranged attacks may be used in the first position in battles.
Tip:
You can use high HP or high speed Ranged monsters at position 2 (or even at position 1 if it has Heal). Choose summoners that give a bonus to Ranged attack or to speed and then choose high damage Ranged attack monsters. Beware of the possibility that your opponent might pick Lir Deepswimmer as summoner or monsters with Return Fire. High HP and Heal is the way to go in this ruleset.

Summoner:
- Quix the Devious
Monsters:
- Berix Snakeye
- Supply Runner

- Ravenhood Warden
Strategy
Take advantage of summoner's abilities. I used Quix the Devious because its Range only battle.
Take advantage on the Ruleset, its Equal Opportunity that is why I used monsters with high Speed and with Swiftness so I have the higher chance to attack first.
Play Offensive and Defensive. I balanced my team by playing offensive and defensive, I used Berix Snakeye as a tank since it has a lot of Armor and I used Ravenhood Warden for its Protect ability.
Battle
Round 1
This battle was from my first Brawl in TeamPH (Philippines) guild. I played in Fray 17 which is Gold Foil, Gold League.
As you can see, he used Rune Crafter because he thought that I'm going to use Wavebrood. But I got a better lineup and we can clearly see who is gonna win this battle at first glance.
In this round, his Supply Runner and Grenadier died and no casualty in my team.
Round 2
In this round, I took down his Swamp Spitter and my Ravenhood Warden survived this round because the Armor took the damage.
Round 3
Its really a flawless win since my strategy works out perfectly and at the end of this round, its 6v1 battle.
Last Round
In the last battle, he didn't get a chance to attack because I have the advantage on Speed and my Dhampir Stalker gives the final blow with her 8 insane damage because of the Deathblow ability.
Battle Summary
My strategy works perfectly and I win the battle flawlessly. You can also see my Win rate which is 98% (via Splintertools).
I learned from this battle is not to always play offensive, sometimes you need to play both offensive and defensive.
If I played offensive only, I might loss 1 or 2 monsters in this battle.
Battle 2
Battle Rulesets:
Equal Opportunity:
All units gain the Opportunity ability which allows them to attack the unit with the lowest health on the enemy team.
Tip:
Speed and HP is the trick here: higher speed will let you target enemy's low HP monster first, opening the way for your slower monsters to deal damage to higher HP enemy monsters. Keep lower HP monsters in front. Monsters who have two attack types should always be preferred.
Explosive Weaponry:
All Monsters have the Blast ability.
Tip:
The best strategy is to have fast monsters with Snipe, Sneak, Opportunity. For defense, Shield and Void will come in handy.
Little League:
Only Monsters & Summoners that cost 4 Mana or less may be used in battles.
Tip:
Monsters and Summoners of 4 Mana or less will be the only ones available in this ruleset. Try increasing your defense by using summoners that give +1 armor or +1 health. Use monsters with at least 2 magic damage and 2 ranged damage. Using Mylor as summoner in this ruleset helps a lot.

Strategy
One of the best strategy in Equal Opportunity is to make a team with high Speed and with Slow or Swiftness ability so you have the higher chance to attack first.
I also played Offensive and Defensive in this battle. I used Xenith Archer in case my opponent used Magic and Blinding Reflector for his Blind ability.
I used Time Mage because she has Slow and Rust ability. Venari Marksrat to buff my Vulguine and Time Mage. Why Time Mage? For her survivability because I really need her abilities in this battle.
Battle
Round 1
My strategy works perfectly because he used Ravenhood Warden and my Time Mage is really the best counter because of her Rust ability.
I overwhelmed this round because I have the advantage to attack first. Though, my Venari Marksrat and Time Mage died but its okay since it will buff my Vulguine and Naga Assassin (because my Time Mage died).
The round ended with 4v2 battle.
Battle
Last Round
We can clearly see who is going to win this and my Vulguine gives the final blow with its insane 6 Damage.
Battle Summary
Just like in Battle 1, my strategy works perfectly. The key to success in Equal Opportunity is to attack first and play offensive and defensive.
I got a 100% Win rate in this battle (via Splintertools).
