Hello everyone, this time I will be participating in this Splinterlands Challenge, showing a high-rank battle in the modern format.

In this battle, units with magic attacks are prohibited, no unit can be healed by any method, and units that are stunned will take double damage. And only fire and dragon element summoners are available.

So I decided to play my lineup mostly with melee units, and I was going to pick Tarsa, but in the end I preferred Quix over Tarsa, simply because of the -1 speed to enemy units, which will probably make my monsters attack before the enemy units.

In the first position Grimbardun Smith, a very resistant unit that will withstand many enemy units. I then played four Sneak melee units, Tenyii Striker, Night Stalker (who will attack once more if the enemy has 2 or less health after Night attacked), Uraeus (50% chance to apply Poison after it attacks) and Vruz (if defeated, adjacent units gain +1 to all stats), these units will attack the enemy unit in the last position first.

And in the last position to increase the speed of my units, Countess Sinash, she will attack the enemy unit with the lowest health if possible, she also has Blast damage, and can apply affliction to enemies preventing them from healing (not neeeded due to the Healed Out ruleset this time), and she also won't be the target by direct attacks, such as sneak attacks.

In the first round, Vruz attacked Dumacke Orc, due to this, its Retaliate ability was triggered, causing it to counterattack, defeating Vruz. After the attack of Tenyii Striker and Night Stalker, Dumacke Orc was destroyed. Unfortunately for me, Dumacke Orc before being defeated, its Retaliate ability triggered again, attacking Night stalker and defeating him.

In the second round, Countess Sinash defeated the enemy Surly Drunk. Then, ally Tenyii attacked and applied Poison to the enemy Tenyii. Enemy Tenyii defeated my Uraeus.

In the third round, enemy Tenyii is defeated by the Poison effect. And Countess Sinash defeated enemy Uraeus.

In the fourth round, no unit is defeated. And Antoid Platoon is defeated in the fifth round by Tenyii Striker.

In the sixth round, enemy Forgotten One defeated my Grimbardun Smith. And in the seventh and final round, Countess Sinash defeated the Forgotten One, ending the battle.

This time I almost lost the battle, mainly due to the because Dumacke Orc's Thorns ability and because it counterattacked my melee units. Fortunately, my units had more speed than the enemies and were able to evade some attacks. In the end, only my Tenyii Striker and Countess Sinash survived.

That's all for now, if you haven't played Splinterlands yet, you can join with my referral link. See you!
