Hello friends from the @splinterlands community, I come to share with you my entry to the contest number 292, with my version of FIRE ELEMENTAL, a fire element card, so I wanted to make my own version of this character, I wanted to make a different pose a little more calmly referring to its element and highlighting this in a more detailed way, I hope you like it as much as I do and below I share the steps I followed.
- Hola amigos de la comunidad de @splinterlands vengo a compartir con ustedes mi entrada al concurso numero 292, con mi versión de FIRE ELEMENTAL una carta de elemento fuego así que quise hacer mi propia versión de este personaje, quise hacer una pose diferente un poco mas calmada haciendo referencia a su elemento y resaltando esto de una forma mas detallada, espero les guste tanto como a mi y a continuacion les comparto los pasos que seguí.
PROCESS
I made the sketch in the first layer using the pencil tool since I like how the finish looks because it looks like a drawing made on paper, I was developing my pose adding the characteristic details of the character to achieve the resemblance to the letter after this I was ready to add the base color, shadows and highlights.
- Realice el boceto en la primera capa usando la herramienta lápiz ya que me gusta como queda el acabado porque parece un dibujo echo en un papel, fui elaborando mi pose agregando los detalles característicos del personaje para lograr el parecido al del a carta luego de esto estaba listo para agregar el color base, sombras y luces.
Then add the base colors using the tones on the card as a reference, paint each part with the corresponding color, after this I was ready to add the other details such as shadows and lights.
Using darker tones of the same color I shaped the shadows to create a little volume in the character so that it didn't look so flat, then with the airbrush tool using a darker red tone I created another shadow on top to improve the result.
Then add the details in the hair to create a better result using three color tones to make it look like fire as well as throughout the body, add the light using a layer in another mode so that it stands out above the shadow I also made some veins to improve the result.
Luego agregue los colores base usando como referencia los tonos de la carta pinte en cada parte con el color correspondiente, luego de esto estaba listo para agregar los demás detalles como las sombras y luces.
Usando unos tonos mas oscuros del mismo color fui dando forma a las sombras para crear un poco de volumen en el personaje para que no se viera tan plano , luego con la herramienta aerógrafo usando un tono mas rojo oscuro cree otra sombra por encima para mejorar el resultado.
Luego agregue los detalles en el cabello para crear un mejor resultado usando tres tonos de color para que parezca fuego así como en todo el cuerpo, agregue la luz usando una capa en otro modo para que resalte por encima de la sombra además hice unas venas para mejorar el resultado.
After adding all the details of the drawing, I improved the background by adding some threads of light similar to fire to complement the character, resulting in the following drawing that I really liked how it turned out, I had fun doing it and over time I feel that I can keep improving, I hope you like it as much as I do, thank you very much, greetings and see you in a next post.
- Luego de agregar todos los detalles del dibujo, fui mejorando el fondo agregado algunos hilos de luz parecido al fuego para complementar al personaje, dando como resultado el siguiente dibujo que me gusto mucho como quedo, me diverti al realizarlo y con el tiempo siento que puedo seguir mejorando, espero te guste tanto como a mi, muchas gracias un saludo y nos leemos en un próximo post.
