My worst performance ever!

The Calzones took a bit of a beating last week, how would we bounce back. We didn't have PIZZA 1 the contend with this week so hopefully we could tally a few more wins....

Learning from Losses

There is no sugar coating this week's Brawl, I was stomped. For the most part I had solid strategies but was just outclassed. That being said it is still important to learn from losses and see how I can keep learning and improving. This battle is a great example as the synergies my opponent used were amazing. Usually I take this portion of the Brawl report to break down my battle decisions, but this time my opponent's choices to see the genius strategy.

CARD	WHY DID THEY CHOOSE IT?
	Jacek offers three buffs, but it is the +2 speed that is key for this battle.
	Usually I don't think about Krash but with Jacek's +2 speed in mind Krash's Swiftness takes the base speed buff to +3.
	A solid four melee damage with Reach, but the Weapons Training gives Krash two melee attack
	Sneak, Poison and a base speed of four.
	More Swiftness. Now a buff of +4 Speed is applied to all cards.
	Slow basically gives my opponent another +1 to their speed base

I had a ton of melee attack, but I couldn't connect because the speed difference was so large! My opponent's speed was 10, 7, 8, 5 and 6 to my 1,1,2,4,2,1. Out of the sixteen attacks I was able to launch, only five landed. Lesson, you can't beat what you can't hit. Or in the words of Patches O'Houlihan, "If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball" ...or melee attack 🤣

😔 😔 0—7. Just an absolute beat down 😔 😔

I don't have much to say other than I need to keep learning, leveling up my cards and keep Brawling. Thankfully the rest of the guild pulled some wins and we were out of the basement this week. In other good news we are continuing to add to the level of our buildings and are working towards tier three Brawling. Like I didn't have enough on my plate trying to upgrade for tier 2 🤣
