I must admit I love using Grund. This guy has a double strike melee attack, which allows him to attack twice in a single turn. This makes him a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield, especially when I'm up against other melee attackers or opponents with shields, the first strike kills the shield then the second strike removes health.
Sure he's is an Epic card if you can afford it get level three as he get one more melee attack bringing him up to four, and at level four he get trample.
Level Four Grund with Trample - This alone could win a match
Not only is Grund a strong attacker, but he also has high health and defence. This makes him an excellent tank for protecting my other creatures, which is why I love using him in my Earth Splinter deck. With his combination of offence and defence, Grund is a versatile monster that I can use effectively in a variety of play styles and strategies. Whether I'm playing aggressively or defensively, I always make sure to include Grund in my lineup (mana permitting). He's a valuable addition to any Earth Splinter deck and a must-have for any serious player.
