River Nymph
The River Nymph might be considered small with only 3 health but has the Cleanse ability which can help out your Tank by removing any negative effects that might have been added from your opponents.
It has a 1 magic attack but this is very good as it bypasses your opponents armor. With a speed of 2, sometimes it acts a little slower than you would have liked.
Match Rule Set
Mana Cap: 15
Rule Set: Holy Protection and Melee Mayhem
Splinter: Fire, Life, Water or Dragon available - selected Water
Strategy
I expect my opponent to take advantage of the Melee Mayhem rule set. I knew that whichever card I place in the tank position would get the most hits from my opponent. I wanted to take advantage of the Water Summoner's +1 Armor and +1 Speed to be able to take more damage and go first in each round.
I placed my buffer in the tank position. It would be able to take one additional hit due to the Holy Protection rule set.
The card I placed in the second position needed to have good Melee attack and be able take quite a few attacks as well. I selected one of the Riftwatcher cards, Lemell Refugee, with it's 3 Melee attack, 3 Armor and 6 Health.
I ended my lineup with the River Nymph. It should be able to go under any armor my opponent may apply and cleanse my tank of any negative effects applied.
Battle Progress
My expectation about my opponent was incorrect. They did not use any Melee attack in the back line to take advantage of the Melee Mayhem ruleset. Since my second card has melee attack, it was able to attack during each round.
By the start of the 3rd round, no cards had been killed however I had been able to almost get rid of all my opponent tank's armor due to the melee mayhem ruleset.
By the start of the 6th round, only my buffer card had been killed. My opponent has kept healing their tank so it has been difficult to make very much progress. The good news is that my opponent only can attack and do damage of 2 each round while I am able to inflict 4 damage.
As you can see, my opponent does not have any attack left so I have won the match during the 8th round.

Results
The River Nymph was critical as part of the lineup to win this match. The magic added the extra damage needed each round to my main attack to make my opponent's healer less effective. The combination of the River Nymph and Lemell Refugee was excellent considering the low mana cap of the match.
I would definitely use the River Nymph in more lineups going forward.
