After several tutorials and guides for leveling up in low level ranks, Bronze until a certain position in Silver, the recommendations were some interesting options, such as the use of Mylor Crowling and Queen Mycelia, Yodin Zaku with ranged shooters in the fire element and others of the same level, However I can affirm with all certainty that for a fast leveling in Ranked taking advantage of your energies in a way that you can get a good amount of battles in a row is the use of the composition of magical monsters of the water element, the reason of me mentioning these affirmations is because of the chance of success of victory and the cost necessary to assemble the composition, I was reading the article of @brando28 , Building The Perfect Water Magic Deck, and I found all the content interesting although in a battle test I wouldn't necessarily need to use all the monsters mentioned in the article, follow the post to better understand.

Selected Monsters

MonsterEdition$DEC per day
Alric StormbringerBeta2.220
Djinn OshannusReward0.500
Nerissa TridawnChaos0.182
Coral WraithUntamed1.850
Venari WavesmithReward0.100
  • Alric Stormbringer
    • The main beneficiary for the composition to have a better effect in combat, adding +1 in magic attacks for the team, I managed to rent it at the beginning for this small price, I was using the gold-plated version of it at the beginning but they ended up canceling and then I got one in the same way for 2 $DEC a day but for the full sesion.

  • Djinn Oshannus
    • I use it as a tank in the front line of my composition, it has a great amount of health and speed to have the chance to dodge physical attacks, plus it contains the ability that decreases the magic attack and if the enemy has magical monsters with only one magical attack he is totally ignored by the same, The second pillar to my composition that cannot be missed.

  • Nerissa Tridawn
    • I'm using it in matches that allow me to use more monsters in battle, as I'm still in bronze this is kind of hard to happen having the chance that every three battles I can use it again, it has a great attack reaching four points with the help of the summoner, great amount of maximum health and a very acceptable speed.

  • Coral Wraith
    • Our background eliminator, his interesting ability to directly attack the last enemy monster in line makes him an important monster eliminator with low resistance, his weak point is perhaps also his low resistance however I always try to attack first with him reducing the enemy speed, sometimes I find myself in a negative situation against monsters with the ability of opportunity which simply focuses on him and ends up eliminating him in the first shift.

  • Venari Wavesmith
    • It surprised me that this monster is at such a low value, it adds shield to all members of the composition besides still being a magical attacker, I particularly like everyone in the venari selection for the abilities of each one in addition to its low market price, in smaller battles my base composition is limited to Djinn Oshannus, Venari Wavesmith and Coral Wraith in that order and has been giving results so far.

Applying the thesis in battle

In this battle I had the opportunity to use healing monsters as support for my tank Djinn Oshannus, it is interesting for the fact that healing works well with monsters with higher amounts of maximum health since it will restore 1/3 always rounded up, I had better opportunities to use other monsters like Crustacean King that has a slightly improved resistance thanks to the shield provided but as I was already using Venari Wavesmith I thought that the speed advantage of Merdaali Guardian would be the differential, the rest became the defaults to occupy the space left with Furious Chicken serving as a sacrifice for the backline and Creeping Ooze slowing the enemy speed by -1. The enemy was in a more hybrid composition with the summoner Kelya Frendul adding them speed and armor, the same tank and support, if I were using physical monsters I would have trouble breaking through the enemy defense as he also had in his composition Scavo Hireling capable of randomly repairing the armor of a hit ally.

In the next battle I ended up using other benefits to help my team, I rented it just to test the Spirit Hoarder and did not pay attention to his ability just thought he would also heal my tank with the benefit of being able to use his magic attack, but it was interesting because the enemy had a monster with the ability to hit two opponents with reduced attack in the second, This made me think of adding it to my composition in the future but at better levels since its cost is higher than my summoner's and if it's about use I doubt it will be worth keeping in my team without using it constantly, for this I already have Nerissa Tridawn which has a much lower cost compared to it. I noticed another important point during my battles is that I quickly need a monster with this ability that after its death benefits all allied monsters before it, but since I can't rent monsters that contain this ability I will have to wait for the next reward chest.
