This weeks Battle Mage Challenge is about the Lost Legendaries rule.
Splinterlands tells us the following about the Lost Legendaries rule:
Description:
Legendary units may not be used.
Legendary summoners are still available.
Lost Legendaries is quite a simple rule. No legendary monsters in play. This means that some abilities like Resurrect, Blast, and Double Strike are much less likely to be in play. Also, there are fewer high mana monsters in the game. Arkemis the Bear is typically one of the biggest cards that can be played in this rule. Expect him!
Incompatible Rules
Lost Legendaries is incompatible with Rise of the Commons and Shades of Gray.

Battle progress and Result
We have very similar setups here. Both of us have the Pelacor tank, two ranged units and three magic attackers. The difference is mainly that I have the Prismatic Energy and my opponent has the Mycelic Slipspawn.
In round 1, the enemy units attack my Pelacor tank, and almost manage to bring him down. However, he regains a lot of health due to Heal and Tank Heal and is able to tank a bit more. My units deal damage and apply Affliction to the Mycelic Slipspawn. At the end of the round, the game state is this:
In round 2, both my tank and the opponent's Mycelic Slipspawn die. I am fortunate to get a Retaliate trigger just as my Pelacor dies, and I also land another Affliction on the opponent's Pelacor Mercenary. At the same time, my Prismatic Energy also get afflicted. Going into round 3 we have this:
Round 3 is not the greatest for me. I miss some hits, and my Prismatic Energy dies. It did however do a little bit of Magic Reflect damage, which will come in handy later. Finally though, my Spore Beast with its True Strike deals that nice 4 damage hit to the Pelacor Mercenary, ending round 3.
In round 4, my Regal Peryton ends the Pelacor's tanking show, and dodges the two ranged attacks. My units apply Affliction to the enemy Regal Peryton, and again the True Strike comes in handy when facing that high-speed Flying unit.
In round 5, my Peryton dodges another ranged attack! Awesome!. The rest of the round is not that exciting, and we end at this game state:
Now it's beginning to look really like this is my game to win. The damage and attack order stacks up in my favor and my units do just enough damage to take down both the Goblin and the Supply Runner. That leaves only the Seedsmith to tank without any way to deal damage:
After dealing the last hits, the victory is mine!
