For an age the towering beast had slumbered in the bowels of the deepest caverns of fire, a weapon forged for a war lost to memory or myth. Into an invocation drawn from a rotting manuscript the High Magus of the Crypteia poured all his malice and hate. Drawing the razored flint across his palm he sealed the pact, completing the summoning, calling forth the great flaming homunculus, the Forgotten One. As the great beast crawled from the burning pit, the Magus bade it roam free and armed it with a broad blade twice as tall as any man. It dwells there now, birthing others of its kind and passing on the knowledge of their making, and serves at the pleasure of the Magus as a hand of Chaos.

Fire
The opponent used a fire splinter in his last battles. He likes to used melee attack monsters. I will use a fire splinter as well. The main reason is that in my fire team, I have some monsters with the ability to reduce the opponent's melee attack and increase the melee attack of my monsters. Tarsa is the ideal summoner since I will focus on the melee attack.

Strategy
1st
Tusk the Wide
Void & Inspire
Tusk the Wide lv 4 has 2 melee attacks, 1 speed, and 13 health. He also has void and inspire ability. I like this monster because with only cost 6 mana and I already have a strong tank with great ability to withstand the magic attack and increase the melee attack of his allies. I put him in the first position as a backup plan if in case the opponent used magic attack monsters.
2nd
Disintegrator
Demoralize & Trample
Disintegrator lv 6 has 3 melee attacks, 2 speeds, 6 health, & 3 armors . He has one of the ability that I really like which reduce the opponent's melee attack. I put him in the second position as the 2nd tank.
3rd
Tenyii Striker
Sneak & Dodge
Tenyii Striker lv 5 has 3 melee attacks, 3 speeds, and 7 health. He has sneak & dodge abilities. He is one of my favorite monsters in fire splinter. He can attack the enemy monster in the last position and deal huge damage. He has high speed and added dodge ability making him difficult to attack by opposing monsters.
4th
Djinn Inferni
Giant Killer
Djinn Inferni is a magic attack monster. He has 4 magic attacks, 4 speed, and 4 health at lv 4. He has a giant slaying ability that can only be useful if the opponent uses a monster that consumes 10 mana or more. Since the maximum amount of mana that can be used in battle is 99 then the opponent will probably use Magnor or Grum.
5th
Supply Runner
Swiftness
Supply Runner Lv 6 has 2 ranged attacks, 4 speeds, and 6 health. He has swiftness ability which could increase the speed level of his allies. Having high speed is an advantage and one of the aspectS to win the battle because we can attack first and could evade the attack from the opponent's monsters.
6th
Forgotten One
Immunity & Retaliate
Forgotten One lv 4 has 5 melee attacks, 2 speeds, 9 health, and 5 armors. He has Immunity and Retaliate abilites. I put him in the last position as I plan he can become a target by sneak attack from the opponent's monsters so he could attack back his attackers. I noticed that people usually pick sneak attack monsters when they used fire splinter.

  • Sand Worm attacked Forgotten One and managed to destroy his last armor. The attack triggered Forgotten One to counterattack and managed to kill Sand Worm in 1 hit at the end of round 1.
  • My plan worked so far in the round 1.

round 2.png

  • Djinn Inferni managed to kill Living Lava at the beginning of round 2.
  • Serpentine Spy targeted Djinn Inferni and managed to kill him.
  • Tenyii Striker attacked Cerberus and managed to kill him. The attack triggered Cerberus to counterattack since he owned the Retaliate ability as well but was not able to kill Tenyii Striker yet.

DID MY STRATEGY WORK?

  • Yes, my strategy is working effectively as planned. My monsters did their job well and most of them survive the battle.

  • Shout-out to Forgotten One that managed to do counterattack and managed to kill 2 important monsters from the opponent team.

  • Tusk the Wide shown how tough he was in the battle as a tank. He could survive till the end of the battle.

Fire
The opponent like to used magic attack monsters from earth and water splinter in his last battles. Taking into account the noxious fumes ruleset, I will use a fire splinter because Tarsa could give additional health to her allies and Forgotten One has Immunity ability which won't be affected by the ruleset.

1st
Legionnaire Alvar
Void Armor, Giant Killer & Demoralize
Legionnaire Alvar lv3 has 3 melee attacks, 2 speeds, 6 health, & 9 armors. He also has void armor, giant killer, and demoralize abilities. He is a beast. We could use him for multi-purpose e.g. as a tank for all kind of attacks, a great damage dealer to monster with 10 mana or more, and the last he could reduce the melee attack from the opponent's monsters.
2nd
Radiated Brute
Reach
Radiated Brute lv6 has 3 melee attacks, 3 speeds, and 5 health. He has reach and enrage abilities. He could attack from the second position. He could increase his attack and speed if get an attack.
4th
Magi of Chaos
-
Magi of Chaos is a magic attack monster. He has 3 magic attacks, 2 speeds, and 7 health at lv 4. I chose him because he has a big amount of health. As we know that health is very important in battle with noxious fumes ruleset.
5th
Scavo Firebolt
-
Scavo Firebolt lv 5 has 3 ranged attacks, 4 speeds, and 5 health. He has decent health which can last long for 3 rounds in the battle if don't get attacked by the opposing monsters.
6th
Forgotten One
Immunity & Retaliate
Forgotten One lv 4 has 5 melee attacks, 2 speeds, 9 health, and 5 armors. He has Immunity and Retaliate abilities. I put him in the last position because I want save him for the last battle. I believe that there is no much opponent's monsters left when Forgotten One is in the first position. He might get attacked by sneak attack but he could do counterattack to his attacker.

DID MY STRATEGY WORK?

  • Yes, my strategy is working effectively as planned.

  • Immunity ability play a big role in the battle.

k75bsZMwYNu2L3iBMXq5y7xeiy1isFJsZxnMZSXuXEsxe4ee1cUkGyPpLfYZZXRUEeghKF3f7C8FUJkgY4zNgztZ5qDqJoQ786YL3k9XshbwVfmakEx3aumeZkQiNWPt9tfCaeqMS2p9YBG4Z38pa3KAxvXF75xNi.png

CONCLUSION

  • Forgotten One is really good in the super sneak, melee mayhem ,and noxious fumes rulesets but weak to the magic attacks.
  • Since he cost a big mana then we can't use him in the low mana battle or little league ruleset.
