Hello Splinterlands Summoners and welcome to another Splinterlands post! It's the end of another fun season and I continue to increase my SPS and upgrade my deck.
SPS Stake
Recently, I decided to accumulate and stake SPS once again. I'm also aiming to increase my HP to 10,000 this year. After the end of season, I have a modest SPS stake of 3,200. My goal is to have staked SPS of 15,000 or more this year.
My Season Performance
I reached Diamond III once again this season, earning around 500 SPS and 110,000 Glint.
Reward Chests
I'm already satisfied with my common, rare and epic collection. I'm building my legendary cards next so I spent 105k Glint on three legendary chests.
I've written a post about my disdain for Gallicus before and the game trolled me by giving me a Gallicus on the first chest! I have no complaints about the Chaos Battle and Sergeant Grauzral though. They are good cards but I have to at least upgrade them to level two or three. Currently, I already have four legendary cards in my collection.
My Initial Opinion on the Legendary Cards
Gallicus
I have written about him before. I'm not impressed by him having a Taunt ability but have no defensive abilities to make him tanky. His only saving grace is his low mana so maybe I can find use for him in Little League rulesets.
Chaos Battle Mage
The Chaos Battle Mage deals 3 ranged damage and has 4 speed at level 1. He also has the Piercing ability to complement his high damage. At level 2, he gains the Rebirth ability allowing him to stay in battle longer. Being a neutral card, he can be used by any splinter provided the ruleset allows him. I like this card for the pure damage he brings.
Sergeant Grauzral
Sergeant Grauzral comes with two good abilities at level 1. She deals decent ranged damage and also has good speed. At level 2, she gains the Blast ability. I also like this card and it will certainly find a spot in my battles.
Death Ranger
I had the Death Ranger for some time now but I haven't found use for him yet. I have better cards in the Chaos Legion set at 4 mana and below. He will be more useful once he gains more attack and the Close Range ability.
Final Thoughts
As the release of Conclave Arcana and the move of Chaos Legion set to Wild nears I have to build my Rebellion reward cards at a competitive level. It will take several seasons to do so but I hope that I will get them to level 2 or 3 before Chaos Legion moves to Wild.
