I have a contest at the end of this post, so make sure to read until the end.
Welcome to another Splinterlands Fan Art post where I draw my entry for the Weekly Splinterlands Fan Art Contest.
My entry this week is Goblin Thief, one of the favorite Sneak and Snipe Cards in the Wild Tournament.

Unlike previous contests where I animated my art, this time I will submit simple art because I am a bit busy and editing art in CapCut takes a long time.
My Entry
Of course, the first thing I did was the rough sketch. The idea is still the same, Goblin Thief running while holding a sack, but in my drawing, I thought of filling the sack with SPS crystals.
Outline
I repeated the outline until I achieved the image I wanted, and finally, I finalized the outline to make it the permanent outline of the character I was going to draw.
Coloring
Next is the coloring. I first applied the main colors and organized the layers of different colors into one folder named "main colors."
Shading
After coloring the inside of the outline with the main colors, I duplicated the "main" folder and renamed it "Shaded Colors." In the "Shaded Colors" folder, I added highlights and shading to be used in the art.Blending
Once all the layers had been shaded, I duplicated this folder again and renamed it "blend." In the "blend" folder, I blended the colors I had previously applied.
Background
With the blending and character complete, it's time for the background. Since Goblin Thief only uses a night lamp, I decided the background should be dark.
I used a cloud brush to create a dark violet background and floor where he is running.
For the light effect, I drew a circle and blurred it. I also drew streaks of light hitting the floor and wall for effect.
Now For the Contest
Congratulations to @suteru for winning the contest I posted yesterday. Thanks to everyone who participated, and I hope you join again this time.
You won't win money in this contest, but rather something you can use for your blogging here on Hive.
By the way, I'm holding a contest where I will give away Free Animated Footers to those who join.
Here are samples of my free footers. The winner will get one, and I'll change the username and add your profile to the footer, which you can use.
The contest mechanics are simple.
Contest Mechanics:
- You can only choose from these three footer templates, you cannot request color or element changes. Only the user name, profile pic and Year of joining Hive or the small logo will be changed.
- You don't need to upvote or tip me to win. If you do, thanks, but if not, thanks as well.
- I'm not the one who will pick the winner. I'll use a Random Hive Comment Picker.
- You need to reblog this post to be eligible for the contest.
- You need to follow my account to be eligible. Also, if you don't win this time, you'll see my post again and have another chance to try.
- The last rule is you need to comment the footer number of your choice.
- The contest will end and be replaced by a new contest after the timer runs out or when I make a new post.
Footer Choices
Footer #1
Footer #2
Footer #3
(additional logo incase you're a fan of a community or a game)
Every time I post, I'll include this contest at the bottom so others who want their own personalized footer for their blog can have a chance to win.
I will also try to add new choices now and then if I have time to create a new template.
In case you want a personalized footer, you can contact me, and my prices are very affordable.
Thank you to those who dropped by and read my post. Until my next content!
