What’s up my fellow Splinterlands players!
I hope all of you are doing well in your life and also spending an awesome weekend with your family and friends. Christmas is coming soon but as usual, we splinterlands players are busy all the time grinding the ranked seasons, Brawls and Tourneys. If we look at the ongoing ranked season, we have almost crossed the halfway of this season, as there are only 7 more days left before this season ends, so I guess all of you are pretty busy fighting in the arena and climbing up that trophy ladder. Now looking at myself, right now I am fighting at the Diamond I league tier with a current trophy count of 3,480 and would need another 220 trophies to reach my goal, the Champion League. Though we still have a week of time left, we have to be cautious as soon all the OG players will be super active during the last days of the season, so it's always better to reach your goal and hold your position before that comes just to be safe. Now that the game has also introduced the League Tier reward chests, the higher tiers we reach, the more reward chests we can claim for free, of course on top of our Glint rewards. So best of luck my fellow splinter players and I hope you reach your destination before time.
Now moving forward, let me come to the main topic of this post as today, I have come with another awesome Rebellion card to showcase all of you. As you have already seen it in the thumbnail above, today I will be talking about the MAD OGRE ANARCHIST, a furious monster that targets the weak monsters first. So, if you are interested, let us jump right in without any further ado.
MAD OGRE ANARCHIST
Mad Ogre Anarchist is a monster card that came into the game with the introduction of the Rebellion edition and comes under the core Rebellion card set. This monster belongs to the Neutral element and its attack type is melee. It costs only 6 mana to be used in battles, so you can easily select this card in your lineup when playing medium to large mana limit matches. It is a Rare type card so you will need a total of 115 BCXs of cards in order to upgrade this card to max level. Apart from having decent attack power and speed, this card also has a good combo of armour and health and it also comes with 2 abilities which I will be talking about later. Let us now take a deeper look into this post’s league-wise stats and abilities to find more about this creature below.
BRONZE
At level 2, this monster card possesses 2 melee attack at 2 speed with 2 armour and 5 health along with the Opportunity ability that it gets from its initial level. With the help of this ability, this monster will attack the enemy monster with the lowest health. So, if you can use it well, it can bring you some kills quickly when the match begins.
SILVER
When you upgrade this card to level 4, it receives 2 melee attack power at 3 speed with 2 armour and 6 health along with the opportunity ability. Though it does not get any new ability at this level, its increased speed and health will definitely help you in battles.
GOLD
As this monster reaches level 6, its overall stats gets increased with 3 melee attack power at 3 speed with 2 armour and 7 health. But however, it still holds inly one ability Opportunity and doesn't get any new ones.
DIAMOND / CHAMPION
Finally, when you upgrade this deadly attacking monster to its max level, its overall stats get further increased with 3 melee attack at 4 speed with 2 armour and 8 health. Gladly, it finally gets another ability called Immunity when it reaches max level and with the help of this ability, this monster stays immune from any negative status effect.
Battle Link
BATTLE STAT
This time I received a large 37 mana limit match where there were 3 elements available to choose from - Water, Life and Death. There were also 2 rulesets applied in this match - Reverse Speed (the monster with the lowest speed will attack the first and so on) and Shades of the Gray (only natural monsters can be used in this battle). So, in this match, we can not use any monsters from those 3 elements and thus, I only focused on choosing the summoner and decided to use the legendary dual life + earth summoner Eternal Tofu because of its unmatched set of abilities and then started building my lineup.
For my lineup, first I chose the Grimbardun Smith as my front defender followed by Magi of Chaos, Mad Ogre Anarchist, Runi, Doctor Blight and Xenith Archer at the end position. Anyway, when both the lineups were revealed, I saw that my opponent had put his faith in magic monsters with 2 melee monsters at the front to defend. He selected the Life legendary summoner Grandmaster Rathe and at his front position, he used the Dumacke Orc followed by Runi, Venari Spellsmith, Spirit Hoarder, Magi of Chaos and the OG Doctor Blight at the end position.
When the battle began, both my Mad Ogre and Runi started targeting the enemy Dumacke Orc while his Runi targeted my Runi. But sadly the Orc retaliated and almost killed down my Runi and left it with only 1 health. But unexpectedly the Mad Ogre killed down the Dumacke in the first round, though before dying the Dumacke wounded my Ogre badly with both Thorns and Retaliate. In round 2, my Magi of Chaos easily killed down the enemy Runi but it got resurrected again. Then the enemy Magi of Chaos attacked and killed down my Grimbardun, followed by my Xenith Archer who finally killed the enemy Runi. Next, my Runi killed the poor Spirit Hoarder easily followed by the enemy Magi who killed down my Magi with its big magic blow. Now it was time for my Ogre and it killed down the Venari Spellsmith, but received some Thorns damage in the process. Next, my Doctor Blight killed the enemy Magic at the beginning of round 4 and the only enemy monster left in the opponent’s lineup was the Doctor Blight who got killed in 6th round due to the poison effect from my Doctor. So finally in the sixth round, I won the match and earned myself some more SPS and Glint rewards.
I hope you loved watching the Splinterlands battle with MAD OGRE ANARCHIST that I shared above and also liked reading my battle post. Let me know your thoughts in the comment section below and I will be seeing you all in my next post.
I wish you all good luck with all of your future Splinterlands matches.
