This time, its also not about a specific monster, its about a specific ruleset with a lot of monsters. I tried only ranged and magic attackers on the battlefield in target practice ruleset so all of them gets the snipe ability.
Target Practice: All ranged and magic attack monsters have the snipe ability allowing them to target the first enemy unit with ranged, magic, or no attack that is not in the first position.
Let's get to the battle.
Here's the battle link if you wish to check.
Choosing Monsters
My Team | Opponent's Team |
---|---|
Tortisian Chief | Living Lava |
Elven Mystic | Chaos Agent |
Dwarven Wizard | Djinn Apprentice |
Runemancer Kye | Serpentine Spy |
Coral Wraith | Tenyii Striker |
Nil | Fire Elemental |
I created my team selecting five monsters and my opponent created their team selecting six monsters where I used water and my opponent used fire element. Following the ruleset, I chose only magic attackers as they fall in the rule of the ruleset but the opponent had more melee attackers than magic and ranged attackers.
After choosing Valnamor as the summoner, I used five magic attack monsters and three of them had some special abilities that allows them to do something special like Dwarven Wizard targets the first enemy unit with ranged, magic, or no attack that is not in the first position for its own snipe ability, Runemancer Kye increases its health each time it damages an enemy unit's health by half the damage dealt for life leech ability and with flying ability this monster gest a 25% bonus chance of evading melee or ranged attacks from units who do not have the flying ability, Coral Wraith targets the last unit on the enemy team instead of the first Unit for sneak ability.
The Battle
The opponent summoner increased one health of all the monsters there and one melee damage of all three melee monsters. Then all my magic attackers (all I chose were magic attackers) were blessed with one extra magic attack each and all of them got one extra health and one extra speed as well from my summoners buff.
As Chaos Agent was the first enemy unit with no attack that is not in the first position so as per the ruleset, my Runemancer Kye attacked that monster and killed it with the very first damage and my monster increased its own health with the help of life leech ability.
My Coral Wraith didn't follow the rule of the ruleset as it already had its own sneak ability and for that, it targeted the last monster of the opponent team where Fire Elemental died.
It was my Dwarven Wizards turn then and it damaged two health of the opponent's Djinn Apprentice and it was the opponent teams first unit with magic damage not in the first position. My monsters had the greater speed after getting the extra speed from the summoners buff so they were attacking first.
Then my Tortisian Chief didn't/couldn't follow the rule for being in the first position and damaged three health of the opponent's Living Lava instead of damaging Djinn Apprentice.
Then my Elven Mystic damaged two more health of the opponent's Djinn Apprentice and finished attacking from my side in this round.
The opponent's Serpentine Spy targeted and damaged the armor of my Dwarven Wizard taking it as the lowest health holder as the opponent monster had opportunity ability. Only Djinn Apprentice of the opponent team was following the ruleset as the others were melee attackers and this opponent monster damaged two health of my Elven Mystic.
Then Tenyii Striker damaged three health of my Coral Wraith using sneak ability and Living Lava damaged four health of my Tortisian Chief.
Now it was season for my team to kept killing opponent monsters. My Runemancer Kye first killed the opponent's Djinn Apprentice and got itself increased health. Then my Dwarven Wizard and Tortisian Chief together attacked and killed the opponent's Living Lava and then my Elven Mystic killed Serpentine Spy.
The last opponent monster Tenyii Striker killed my Tortisian Chief reaching the front position and then after Runemancer Kye did its part, my Coral Wraith then attacked and killed the last opponent monster and finished the battle.
So, what do you think of this ruleset and about my play?
