How was your season so far?
I am sure you have made tremendous progress since the season restarted in the game.
In the process of learning an interesting tactic to use one card in my fire elemental collection, I looked at Emberguard performance on the battlefield.
When this card is under high pressure in the higher league, the competition creates valuable combination of abilities that can not be ignored to regular players.
I hope this battle will bring an interesting idea about the renewed role of Emberguard in your favorite selection for battle.

:!: Unbelievable discovery
The battle is unique in its form because the two parties on the battlefield decided to bring a similar line, except the level of experience of the warriors different on only one card.
This is a high caliber battle where most of the cards in the arena were at the max level and abilities so numerous that I could not find the possible element that can switch control from one side to the other.
It is important to pay much attention to the sequence of attacks that will help us understand during this learning process the valuable role of Emberguard in your team.

The summoner look super solid in his role to increase the speed of action of friendly warriors. The scattered potential given to each warrior made the taunt ability pointless. However, the combat is still interesting considering the change on Emberguard.
The plan was to use the potential of magic warrior to destroy as fast as possible the enemy defense.
Who will be the first to achieve this plan?
:!: One ability away from the victory
If you look closely to the ability on Emberguard you will see that on the team on the upper side of the screen the level was lower compared to the team on the lower part of the board.

:!: Unlock key abilities to make the difference
I had no idea about the potential of this ability at this level of difficult in the arena. The absence of this specialty causes the opponent to struggle during the second round of the battle, then to lose powerful cards.
The configuration of each team was so close that I could not imagine this change to happen so quick in the series of strikes directed from the winning team.
It was clear at this point that the dispel ability had a great play in the success of the winning team. I was curious, so I went to check the specific about this ability. Dispel ability removes all additional boost given to the cards that get hit.
Do you think that the max level of Emberguard is cost-effective in a combat?
I think that you have your answer in this combat, where the small difference in ability significantly affected the outcome of this battle.
Considering the fact, the party that lost the battle had levelled up his Emberguard to level 3 and could bring to the max with just five more cards.
It is a situation to evaluate in your plan to put Emberguard to highly use in the arena.

:!: Fire elemental Look Empowered in this combat
My favorite elemental in the arena is the water and light selection of warriors in the collection. It is the group of warriors where I hold the maximum of maximum cards. The action to level up cards to the max unlocks valuable abilities that I can use against my opponents.
It is an investment quite heavy if you have to do it short terms with a large group of cards. The rental strategy is an alternative, but in the process of selection remember of the valuable lesson we all learn during this section, the understanding of the ability available for combat is key for the success of your battle plan.

I have Emberguard at level 2 in my collection. It is only 8 more cards to add to my current holding to bring this warrior to full potential in the combat. I will plan this acquisition since I am not playing with the fire element as much as use to in the Diamond League.
There is an important information I forget to share with you. My interest to see max level cards in the rank with unlock ability is purely oriented to my goals to enter the champion League. You should remember in Gold and lower league it is pointless to max up your cards because there are restriction to level allowed to combat in each league below Diamond.
