Total Mana: 21
Usable Elements: All elements
Opponent's past 5 battles: Using Water-themed deck with Kelya Frendul as summoner and mainly Serpent of Eld as main DPS/tank
I thought of using a Earth-based magic deck to counter the increased protection.
A good Earth-based summoner that adds 1 magic to all allies
A cheap main tank suitable for low-mana decks with 6 health
A decent sub-tank with 6 HP and flying ability to avoid some attacks and decent sub-DPS with 1 magic damage
Sub-DPS with a melee damage of 1 and opportunity ability to target enemies with the least HP to quickly finish them off, reducing the amount of damage done on the main tank
The main DPS with a magic damage of 2 and healing ability to heal the main tank at the front of the team
Round 1
As expected, the opponent went with a Water-themed deck using Frendul as summoner with Eld as main DPS and tank.
The battle started as a 4V6 with both summoners buffing their respective teams.
The battle started with Eld damaging Giant and Pixie later further damaged my Giant. My Peryton attacked their Eld, but was healed by Guardian. Psychic healed Giant and attacked Eld as well. The round ended with Giant and Scout chipping off Eld's and Stonefish's armor respectively.
The round began with Peryton finishing off Eld and Pixie attacking Giant. Hireling began to restore Stonefish's armor, but was chipped off again by my Scout. Stonefish then attacked Giant, but was finished off by Psychic. Giant then destroyed Guardian's armor, ending the round as a 4V4.
The round began with Peryton attacking their Guardian and Pixie targeting my Giant again. Guardian then healed itself back to full health, but was one-shotted by my Psychic later. Scout proceeded to destroy Hireling's armor as well which Giant helped to finish Hireling off, ending the round as a 4V2.
The round began with Peryton finishing off Pixie and Psychic later finished off their Albatross while healing Giant back to full health, ending this battle as a perfect victory for me!
The Hill Giant is a card I rarely use as I normally use Mustang as my tank for Earth-based battle, but now I start to see how Hill Giant can be useful in battle as well and will start to incorporate it more into my Earth team, especially with Goblin Psychic as a support.
