Hi splinterlands community, this is my entry to the social media challenge for this week. For this week's challenge, I will be talking about my most used cards.
Having played the splinterlands for more than two weeks now, it has been very entertaining. I am learning new tips everyday from the battles I am involved in and from my friends who have been playing for about a year.
I have a limited number of cards so far and because of that I use almost the same cards and the same strategy for my battles. The water element is my most used element right now because I have found a strategy that works for me. When it is unavailable, I find it hard to win battles.
When selecting a summoner for a battle, I choose Keyla Frendul. Selecting this water summoner gives all my cards an additional speed of 1 and an additional shield of 1. This card was delegated to me by my friend. I do not know if it is this summoner or my other cards, but I am able to evade ranged and melee attacks sometimes.
The card I almost use all the time in the first position is the Djinn Oshanus. Mostly I do this because it has the void ability. It reduces the magic damage that are done to it. It has a high health of 10, a speed of 5 and a magic attack of 2.

If the total mana for the battle is huge, I select Nerissa Tridawn for the second position. This is because it has a high health of 9 and a high magic of 3. if the first card of my opponent is not having a high health, this card does a lot of damage.

Another card I use a lot is the Moxian Rebel. I like this card because of the weapons training ability which influences another one of my most used cards. This gives the adjacent units I select with no attacks to gain the attack of this Moxian rebel card.
The last card I use almost all of the time is the Merdaali Guardian. The Merdaali Guardian does not attack but it has the ability to restore some portion of the health of the card in first position. Merdaali Guardian helps me a lot in battles when my opponent does not bring cards that have opportunity.
When I select Moxian Rebel and Merdaali Guardian, it means the Guardian also attacks.
This set up so far has helped me. However, when the water element is not available for use, I tend to struggle.
