Introduction
Hello Everyone~
I hope everyone is doing well and fine!
This week's challenge would be about Dragons! There are no other requirements which make this Challenge really fun and FLEXIBLE!
Since this week's challenge is so VERSATILE, I'll be sharing battles using Drake of Arnak, Brighton Bloom and Kretch Tallevor.
Hopefully everyone will enjoy and learn from the battles I shared~

Dragon Summoners Used
When you hear the word Dragon, you would think of really big, strong and fierce reptiles that decimates whatever they want.
In this case, Dragons are monsters with overwhelming power but at the same time really expensive to play! However, Dragons can be played along with any Splinter of your CHOICE which makes it really fun and versatile.
The summoners would also cost more to play then your general summoner with 1 perks (4 mana instead of 3) but you would get the option to pair your dragon monsters with another Splinter Element of your choosing which makes it even.
You will however need to pay close attention to your overall mana cost as it can get really expensive to play.
Will I do well? (Hopefully, I'm sharing my battles afterall 🤣)
My Strategy
Aim to use Dragons in Melee Mayhem, Equal Opportunity, Super Sneak or Close Range Rule-Sets as I have more multi hit Dragon Monsters in my arsenal.
Use Brighton Bloom when playing in Earthquake Rule-Sets in order to overcome the Earthquake Damage every turn and gain an edge over your opponent who will be penalised for not using "Flying" Monsters.
Use Drake of Arnak in Lost Magic and/or Weak Magic Rule-Sets to make full use of the Armor provided by playing the summoner.
Use Kretch Tallevor on Silenced Summoners Rule-Sets. Since all summoners would not be able to provide any buffs or debuffs in the battle, it would be beneficial for you to have a cheap Summoner.
Kretch Tallevor cost only 3 mana and unlocks Dragon Monster selections, plus its an Epic Monster which means that it will be able to summon stronger Common / Rare monster despite the level cap of the league.
1. Battle Share (Drake of Arnak)
Rule-Set:
- Weak Magic & Spreading Fury, 46 Mana
- Only Water, Earth, Death and Dragons allowed

In this battle, I have decided to use Dragons as they generally have more Health and Armor which would benefit from the Weak Magic Rule-Set as well as the "Enraged" Ability provided by Spreading Fury.
Drake of Arnak and the Venari Wavesmith was selected in this battle in order to provide extra protection, I have also added some Magic Monsters in case my opponent uses a monster with the "Shield" Ability.
Doctor Scale was a monster that I have placed as an experiment as my strategy was to increase the overall health of my monsters using the "Strengthen" Ability, hoping they last long enough to use their Enraged buffs.
Highlight of the battle: The Extra Health Provided by the Scale Doctor allowed to Desert Dragon and Djinn Oshannus to survive one more hit! This experiment paid off!!!
2. Battle Share (Brighton Bloom)
Rule-Set:
- Unprotected & Melee Mayhem, 40 Mana
- Only Death and Dragons
Watch it Here
The options in this battle is really limited but thanks to the higher mana cost, I was able to afford some Dragons in my team.
Especially with the Melee Mayhem, my Vigilator and War Chaang is able to strike multiple times per round. Plus, my Carnage Titan with the "Double Strike" Ability my opponent would be getting hit so many times!
My opponent did really well in playing Disintegrator reducing my damage output while punishing me with the Cursed Windeku and the Haunted Spirit at the back to stall me.
I on the other hand attempted to prompt misses using Brighton Bloom as my other 2 Dragon Summoners would not make sense (Drake of Arnak* won't be able to provide the Armor, and I have more than enough mana to play any cards I wish hence I didn't use Kretch Tallevor)*.
Highlight of the battle: The Damage debuffs on my monsters as well as the punishes and stalls the opponent planned out was exceptionally devastating but my multi hit strategy managed to overcome it (Quantity or Quality?).
3. Battle Share (Kretch Tallevor)
Rule-Set:
- Silenced Summoner & Keep Your Distance, 12 Mana
- Only Water, Death and Dragons allowed
Watch it Here
In this battle, all summoners will not be able to provide any Buffs / Debuffs for the battle and hence why it is optimal to play a higher level but low mana Summoner.
For this, I have selected Kretch Tallevor, the Epic Dragon Summoner which grants no buffs / debuffs but only cost 3 mana to play. This unlocks my dragon monsters as well as allow me to play higher level monsters.
However in this battle, I did not play any Dragon monsters as it was too expensive, but with just the 1 mana extra, I was able to play the Furious Chicken and Chaos Agent as meat shields to my main attacker the Djinn Oshannus.
Conclusion
This challenge took me longer to write as there are so many battles I can do due to the Versatility and Flexibility of the Challenge! 😁
I sure do hope these battles was fun for you to watch and that you have learn a strategy or two for your future battles!
