What are Splinterlands Lands?
The idea of Lands in Splinterlands if you look at the game documents is not very well defined about what its final version will be. This is because what the developers have in mind is a continuous expansion of this content bringing new experiences to players.
The benefits of having a Land is the ability to explore resources that can only be obtained through them. According to the developers, the Lands will be responsible for creating a new set of cards that will be added to the game. It is worth remembering that to extract these benefits you will need Lands, DEC Stake and Cards.
Lands Expansion - Phases
So far, we have had 4 different phases in the Expansion of this content called LAND. The first was the Presale, in which the first Lands were sold to players and soon after when sales ended, in phase 0.5 the claim was released. In Phase 1 it was possible to find out which Land you had through the Survey. In phase 1.5, players could stake cards, items, and DEC to develop their Land and start producing resources. Soon after, a type of DeFi was introduced within the game itself that allows you to exchange resources for DEC and vice versa.
These updates take time and are often not delivered on time, as they require a lot of resources for their development. However, even so, the team has managed to find a way to progress in expanding the Lands and gradually deliver what they had planned. The problem is that this delay and inconsistency end up generating doubt and uncertainty, which makes the entire process difficult.
How Much Does a Land Cost?
After exploring what Lands are, what their benefits are, and covering a bit of the history of their expansion phases, you may be wondering, how much are these āLandsā? So, let's analyze the floor of each rarity to get an idea of the price of Lands.
To find the price of Lands, let's go to a marketplace that has Splinterlands NFTs, in this case we'll use Peamonsters. In the top bar, select the arrow next to Buy Cards and then Buy Land. Then the cheapest Land will appear, which in this case is a Common rarity, Swamp type. A Rare Land with Grain Farm costs $20 on the floor. From Epic onwards, the prices start to go up a lot, because the floor for an Epic is around $85. A Legendary is $500. Finally, we have the Mythical one, where the cheapest one with a Keep costs $850.

Os benefĆcios de se ter uma Land Ć© a habilidade de explorar recursos que sĆ³ podem ser obtidos atravĆ©s delas. De acordo com os desenvolvedores, as Lands serĆ£o responsĆ”vel pela criaĆ§Ć£o de um novo conjunto de cartas que serĆ£o adicionados ao jogos. Vale lembrar que para extrair esse benefĆcios vocĆŖ vai precisar de Lands, Stake de DEC e Cards.
ExpansĆ£o das Lands - Fases
AtĆ© o momento, tivemos 4 fases diferentes na ExpansĆ£o desse conteĆŗdo chamado LAND. A primeira foi a Presale, em que as primeiras Lands foram vendidas aos jogadores e logo depois quando as vendas chegaram ao fim, na fase 0,5 o claim foi liberado. JĆ” na Fase 1 foi possĆvel descobrir qual Land vocĆŖ tinha atravĆ©s do Survey. Na fase 1,5 os jogadores podiam fazer o stake de cartas, items e DEC para desenvolver sua Land e comeƧar a produzir recursos. Logo depois, veio um tipo de DeFi dentro do prĆ³prio jogo que permite trocar os recursos por Dec e vice-versa.
Essas atualizaƧƵes levam tempo e muitas vezes nĆ£o chegam a serem entregues no tempo exato, jĆ” que demandam muitos recursos para o seu desenvolvimento. Entretanto, mesmo assim, o time tem conseguido dar um jeito de progredir na expansĆ£o das Lands e entregar aos poucos o que haviam pensado. O problema Ć© que essa demora e inconsistĆŖncia acabam gerando dĆŗvida e incerteza, que dificulta todo o processo.
Qual o PreƧo de uma Land?
Depois de explorarmos o que Ć© a Lands, quais sĆ£o os seus benefĆcios e abordar um pouco da histĆ³ria das suas Fases de expansĆ£o, vocĆŖ pode estar se perguntando, quanto sĆ£o essas āLandsā? Por isso, vamos analisar o floor de cada raridade para ter uma ideia do preƧo das Lands.
Para encontrar o preƧo das Lands vamos em um marketplace que tenha os NFTs do Splinterlands, nesse caso vamos usar o Peamonsters. Na barra superior selecione a seta ao lado de Buy Cards e depois em Buy Land. Depois jĆ” vai aparecer a Land mais barata, que no caso Ć© uma de raridade Common, de tipo Swamp. JĆ” uma land Rara com Grain Farm estĆ” $20 no floor. A partir da Ćpica para cima, os preƧos comeƧar a subir bastante, porque o floor da Ć©pica Ć© na faixa dos $85. JĆ” uma Lendaria Ć© $500. Por fim, temos a mĆtica em que a mais barata que tem um Keep estĆ” $850.
