Another great season has begun in Splinterlands with the release of new Rebellion Reward Cards, and there are just over 14 days left until the current season ends. Last season I advanced to the Gold I League for the first time since the Modern and Wild formats were released, but I failed to stay there and finished the season in Gold II. Honestly, this is not a big deal because I wasn't sure if I wanted to start a new season from Gold III. I started the new season from Silver I and the first day of the season the battles are really incredibly tough and almost most of the players I am matched with have max level cards but I still manage to win most of the battles I enter. My goal is actually to advance to the Diamond League, but before that I need to strengthen my deck a bit more.
BRAWL
I entered 6 battles in the last Brawl and won all of them and earned 18 points for my Dark Assassins guild. However, we came in 6th in the guild rankings, which I think was the worst in recent times, if I remember correctly, it was the first time we were out of the top 5. However, this is still not a big problem, I have no doubt that we will recover in the future and make our mark on the first place again.
We received 1,813 Merit and 13.364 SPS as rewards. And I bought and opened 2 Gladius cases. Here are the gladiator cards I got from the Gladius cases;
Gladius Caes
I got 1 Epic, 4 Rare, 5 Common cards from Gladius cases, especially happy to get another copy of Quora Towershead card but I need 2 more copies to level it up to level 3.
Sarius
I managed to upgrade my Sarius card to level 5 today and it now has the Poison Ability. I can say that I haven't used my Sarius card much, but I have no doubt that I will use it more because of the Poison Ability.
I staked some more SPS today and currently have 36,296 SPS in stake. Also, I aimed to exceed 40K SPS in staking this month, so I started buying SPS from the market, let's see if I can hit my goal.
