Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life. Welcome to my Battle Mage Secrets post. In this post, I will talk about the Silenced Summoners Ruleset.

Silenced Summoners Ruleset

ruleset18082024.png

In battles with the Silenced Summoners Ruleset, Summoners do not give any stat buffs or debuffs or grant/use any abilities. While it may seem unimportant which summoner you choose in this ruleset, the mana cost and level of summoners are still very important to your strategy and team. Most importantly, you still need to choose the Summoner of the unit that you will include the Monsters in your team.

In battles with the Silenced Summoners ruleset, having low-cost, high-level Summoners can be very advantageous, especially in low-mana battles. In battles with the Silenced Summoners ruleset, I usually prefer Life or Water Units, and if I have the opportunity, I definitely choose the Dragon Summoner, but if the Dragon unit is not active, I choose either Life or Water Summoners because my cards in these units are higher level. I can say that I really like the Silenced Summoners ruleset when any of these units are active because I can win most battles.

However no matter what card you use, your skill will win the battles, not the cards, so having a good strategy in battles is also very important. No matter how powerful your opponent is, you can beat them with a good strategy. However, it is also important that your deck is rich. Of course, the abundance of cards in your deck is important in determining a good strategy. In short, combine your skill with the power of your cards and defeat your opponents.

Battle Ruleset

  • Silenced Summoners: Summoners do not give any stat buffs or debuffs or grant/use any abilities.
  • Fog of War: Monsters lose the Sneak, Snipe and Opportunity abilities.
  • Stampede: The Trample ability can trigger multiple times per attack if the trampled Monster is killed.

MY STRATEGY & LINE UP

According to the rulesets of the battle, in this battle, Summoners do not give any stat buffs or debuffs or grant/use any abilities, the Trample ability can trigger multiple times per attack if the trampled Monster is killed, and Monsters will lose their Sneak, Snipe and Opportunity abilities.

Therefore, in this battle, in addition to attacking the targets powerfully, it is also very important to defend powerfully on the front lines, and I will determine my strategy accordingly.

First of all, I will choose Franz Ruffmane as the Summoner, although it is a disadvantage that it costs 6 mana, it is a great advantage for my team that it is at level 6, so I would like to say that I chose it. Also, after reviewing the recent 5 battles of the opposing player, I am almost certain that the opposing player will prefer Magic Attack Monsters, so I will add Iziar, who has Taunt, Void and Martyr abilities, to my team. I believed that Iziar's three abilities would greatly help my strategy. I will put Iziar in the second position due to the Martyr Ability, while I will put Uriel the Purifier, who has Flying, Recharge and Heal abilities, will be in the first position. I believe that both of them will do a great job in this battle. I will also include Triage and Resurrect abilities in my lineup.

The continuation of the strategy and my lineup is as follows;

LINE UP

Summoner : Franz Ruffmane (Level 6)

Although Franz Ruffmane costs 6 mana, I would like to state that I chose Franz Ruffmane as the Summoner because it is the highest level Summoner card in my deck and I wanted to use the Life Unit.

Position 1 : Uriel the Purifier (Level 2)

In the first position, I put Uriel the Purifier with Flying Ability, Recharge Ability and Heal Ability. Uriel the Purifier is a Monster that has a chance to evade melee and ranged attacks and can attack the target very powerfully, so I added it to my team and believed that it would be very effective in this battle. Also, having the Heal Ability is one of the main reasons why I prefer Uriel the Purifier.

  • Flying Ability : Has a 25% bonus chance of evading Melee or Ranged attacks from Units who do not have the Flying ability.
  • Recharge Ability : This Unit attacks every other round but does 3x damage.
  • Heal Ability : Restores a third of max health to this Unit's health each round.

Position 2 : Iziar (Level 3)

In the second position, I put Iziar with Taunt Ability, Void Ability and Martyr Ability. Iziar is a Monster with amazing abilities and helps my strategy a lot in many battles so I use it a lot. I believed Iziar would be very effective in this battle as well. All enemies will target it first and fight to destroy it if they can. Also, since it has the Martyr Ability, when it dies Uriel the Purifier and Djinn Renova will get +1 to all their stats, making them more effective in the battle. I will also include the Resurrect Ability in my lineup which means enemies may have to kill Iziar twice.

  • Taunt Ability : All enemy Units target this Unit (if they are able to).
  • Void Ability : Reduced damage from Magic attacks by 50%.
  • Martyr Ability : When this Unit dies, adjacent Units get +1 to all stats.

Position 3: Djinn Renova (Level 4)

In the third position, I put Djinn Renova with Strengthen Abiliy, and Triage Ability. Djinn Renova would give +1 health to all friendly monsters, and if my team's backline took damage, it would heal a third of max health of the Monster that took the most damage. Additionally, Djinn Renova can attack the target with 3 magic attacks. I can say that I added Djinn Renova to my team specifically to make Iziar harder to destroy.

  • Strengthen Abiliy : All friendly Units have their Health increased by 1.
  • Triage Ability : Heals the friendly back-line Unit that has taken the most damage by a third of max health.

Position 4: Scavo Technomancer (Level 4)

In the fourth position, I put Scavo Technomancer with Blast Abiliy, and Rust Ability. I would like to point out that I added Scavo Technomancer to my team, thinking that the opposing player will choose Grandmaster Rathe as the summoner. Rust Ability will reduce the armor of all monsters on the opposing team by 2.

  • Blast Abiliy : Does half damage (rounded up) to Units adjacent to the target Unit.
  • Rust Ability : Reduces the Armor of all enemy Units by 2.

Position 5: Adelade Brightwing (Level 2)

In the fifth position, I put Adelade Brightwing with Flying Abiliy, Repair Ability, and Resurrect Ability. I believed that Adelade Brightwing would be very useful to the team in this battle with its abilities, especially Repair Ability and Resurrect Ability. When Iziar was destroyed, the Resurrect Ability would be able to bring it back to life with 1 health. Additionally, the Repair Ability will restore a third of max armor to the friendly monster whose armor has taken the most damage.

  • Flying Ability : Has a 25% bonus chance of evading Melee or Ranged attacks from Units who do not have the Flying ability.
  • Repair Ability : Restores a third of max armor to the friendly Unit whose armor has taken the most damage.
  • Resurrect Ability : When a friendly Unit dies it is brought back to life with 1 Health. This ability can only trigger once per battle.

Position 6: Prismologist (Level 2)

In the last position, I put Prismologist with Blast Ability. Blast ability is a powerful ability that can disrupt the opponents' strategy, so I love this ability very much and in this battle I added 2 Monsters with Blast Ability to my team and Prismologist is one of them.

  • Blast Ability : Does half damage (rounded up) to Units adjacent to the target Unit.

BATTLE COMMENTS

You can watch the entire battle from the video or from the Battle Link

The opposing player's lineup looks pretty good, and it might not be easy to destroy the Monsters the opposing player puts in the first three positions.

Round 1

My team's Monsters did a great job in the first round, destroying Coeurl Lurker. The opposing team's Monsters were pretty ineffective against Iziar and Uriel the Purifier, and the Triage Ability restored 5 health to Iziar, and Iziar appeared to have taken almost no damage by the end of the first round.

Round 2

round2.png

In the second round, while Djinn Oshannus from the opposing team was also destroyed, all the monsters on my team were still alive and most interestingly, at the end of the second round, they all had almost the same health as when they started the battle. Triage Ability and Heal Ability were very useful, which is exactly why I attach great importance to including these abilities in my lineup.

Round 3

The opposing team's job was now very difficult, even though Baakjira with Void Ability did not take much damage in the third round, its chances of survival in the next round were very low. No monsters were destroyed in the third round.

Round 4

In the fourth round, Uriel the Purifier destroyed Baakjira with a single hit with a brutal attack. In addition, 2 more monsters from the opposing team were destroyed, and at the end of the fourth round, only Nerissa Tridawn remained on the opposing team.

Round 5

And in the fifth round, Nerissa Tridawn was also destroyed and my team was able to win the battle.

The battle lasted 5 rounds and at the end of the battle, all the monsters on my team managed to survive while all the monsters on the opposing team were destroyed. The most interesting thing is that at the end of the battle, all the Monsters on my team had the same health and armor as when they started the battle, meaning they didn't seem to take any damage, which shows how well my strategy worked in this battle. Also, in this battle, Adelade Brightwing didn't even need to use the Resurrect Ability. Void Ability is very useful against Magic Attacks, we saw this clearly in this battle, and including Triage Ability to my lineup made the opponent's job even harder. Additionally, Uriel the Purifier's brutal attacks made it easier to destroy Monsters on the opposing team. That's why I like to use these abilities in these types of battles and I recommend them to you too. However, the Affliction Ability could have ruined my strategy, fortunately it wasn't in the opponent's lineup. I recommend you to watch this interesting battle from the Battle Link. I hope you enjoy it.
