Hello everyone on this noble platform and the Hive ecosystem at large, I am very excited to write and share this wonderful article here with you all and I hope that you guys will enjoy reading it as well. Today I write this post as my participation in the Splinterladns Social Media Challenge and it is an exciting one which I think you all will love it.
As I mentioned in my previous post stating that I would be practicing for the first week and I will purchase the Spellbook this week and start my new journey in the game. Today, I will be purchasing my Spellbook and this post will be the guide and procedures I took in purchasing the Spellbook.
First of all, after making sure that I am signed in with my Hive Keychain, I then clicked on BUY SPELLBOOK from the first page.
This opens a new page where the Spellbook's price is seen including the payments methods that can be used in purchasing. Since, I have Hive tokens in my Hive Wallet, I will be using that and so I will click on CRYPTO.
From the list of cryptos payments methods available, I will go ahead and choose the HIVE token. Before doing that, you need to make sure that you a $10 equivalent of the token you will be choosing.
You then click on BUY and then confirm the transaction using your Hive Keychain. The $10 is worth 27.762 Hive as at the time I was purchasing my Spellbook.
And there you go! It is done and I have successfully purchased the Spellbook. The following items were awarded to me immediately after purchasing the Spellbook. 1 Spellbook, 3000 CREDITS, 5 Chaos Legion Packs.
In addition, the following features were available to me now in the game; Ranked Battle SPS Rewards, Tournament Events, List Extra Cards In The Market, Brawl SPS Rewards, Hive Blockchain Account, and Extra Ambassador rewards.
So after clicking on CONTINUE, I was directed to a new page that requested that I rent some Cards for 798.89 CREDITS to have access to some nice Cards to start playing in the Bronze stage. I didn't hesitate in taking that decision, so I went for it.
It is a set of cards that contains 136 cards from all the five different elements in the game. Everything was set for me, and I will be playing from there. I will share my update on my performance next.
