Introduction
Hello there! @saydie here, playing Splinterlands everyday!
This will be my second entry for this week's Battle Mage Secrets with the featured ruleset Noxious Fumes. This is a ruleset where all monsters gets poisoned in the beginning of the round.
The next Battle that I will show to you for this week was from @agonyaccepted which is an alternate account that I am using and was able to finish last season in Diamond 1 of the modern league.
But before I reveal my battle, let us learn more about this ruleset.
Noxious Fumes
Noxious Fumes | All Monsters start the battle Poisoned. Using monsters with Healing abilities, Immunity, Rebirth and Cleanse are the best choice. Can also use monsters with Resurrect for the revived monster will be automatically cleansed of Poison. |
Other Useful Cards for Noxious Fumes Ruleset
When selecting a team, it's preferable to use summoners or monsters with Cleanse so it can remove the Poison or Heal so that it can recover the health of the poisoned monster. Monsters with Immunity cannot be affected with the poison affliction while Resurrect will revive a monster and remove the Poison status and Rebirth was a self resurrect ability but it was currently exclusive on Runi. Scavenger and Life Leech could also help cause it will increase the max health of the monster that would allow it to survive much longer in battles.

Battle Recap
Here is a replay of the battle which at you can watch at Splinterlands.
Did My Strategy Work?
Aside from finding ways to sustain the health during Noxious Fumes ruleset, it is also important to find ways to sustain armor specially on battles that does not include magic units because it allows for the damage from the opponent to not to not get through easily, allowing your monsters to reduce the damage your monsters received.
That was it for this post. Thank you and see you at the next one.
