For a change, I went and paid 1 DEC to join the only tournament a noob like me could enter, and set an alarm clock to remind me about it. The alarm did its job, alerting me to go to the arena early and check-in.
The tournament's first round was very exciting, for everyone else fighting since I got lucky getting a bye to the next round.
The next round saw me coming ahead as the victor in two of the three matches.
I ended being defeated in two out o three matches in the next round leaving me in 6th place with 10 DEC as a reward.
