Hello Splinterfans. Most times, we get so used to using certain monsters in battle, that we fail to explore other monsters. There are so many cards in splinterlands, and it can be a lot trying to keep up with them.
This is why I will be presenting some cool monsters of the death element. So if you want to battle using the death element, you might wanna check out these cards.
Night Ghoul
This is a very interesting card. The stats are so impressive. Putting this card in battle can give you a huge advantage. This is the kind of card you want to be tank position. It's perfect for the front row. I have three reasons for this. The first reason is that it is a melee attack card, having a melee attack of 4. So it can attack from up close.
The second reason is that is has armor of 4. This is extra protection against enemy attacks. If it occupies the tank position, it would face a lot of attacks from enemy units, and with this amount of armor, the night Ghoul can survive for longer.
The third reason is that is has a very impressive health of 8. So even if the armor get depleted in battle, the health can big enough to make it last for a while.
One interesting thing about this card is that it has the taunt ability, which means enemy units tend to attack this card, if they can. This card has a high mana cost (11) and a slow speed (1).
At level 6, this monster gets the forcefield ability. This allows it to take just one damage from attacks with power of 5 or greater. Further more, at level 10, its health increases to 11, its armor increases to 6, its speed increases to 3 and its melee attack increases to 6
Nightmare
Nightmare is another cool death monster. Just look at that health. It's a whooping 10. It also has such a high speed of 4. Of course, it is a melee attack card, hence it's suitable for the front row in battle.
Although the mana cost is high (8), this monster is an interesting one to use in battle. It has the blast ability at level one. With this ability, it does half damage to enemy cards adjacent to the target
From level 6, it gets the phase ability. This ability enables it to evade magic attacks. By level 10, the health increases to 13, the speed increases to 7, and the melee attack goes up to 3.
Phantom Soldier
This is another cool monster. It is a magic attack card with a impressive speed of 3. So it can fit both in the front row or the back row during battle. The Phantom Soldier also has a very impressive health of 8.
Despite the fact that it has no armor, with this health, it can at least withstand enemy attacks for a period. It also has the flying ability. This gives it a 25% extra chance of evading ranged or melee attacks from enemy cards that don't have the flying ability.
By the highest level, this card gets the void and the silence abilities.
There you have it. Those are three cool death monsters.
