This morning I felt was going to be a good day on Splinterlands. Won the first 4 morning battles while waiting for the daily quest to refresh.
When it finally refreshed, I was pleasently surprised that it was "Win 3 battles without Neutral".
I'm thinking it'll be a cakewalk... Boy was I wrong....
Battle after battle, loss after loss. It went on this way for about 20 matches.. I went from Silver 2 (1 win away from Silver 1), all the way down to Bronze 3.
That was definitely my fault as I was just picking without thinking. After cutting my losses, I tried again.. this time, picking and choosing who would be a good pairing in each match.
Things are starting to look up again, with Grum, Oshannus, Mylor, and many others leading the way. This took me a grueling 4 hours just to complete the quest and reap the rewards. Here they are.
Unfortunately, luck was not on my side today. At least there is always tomorrow! Thanks for reading!
