I have been assigned to the FRAY 18 Gold Foil League Tournament because I invested my money in gold cards. I have summoners that are level 6 gold foils that could compete here, but I don't have the high level monster cards, which is why I'm finding it difficult to battle to those gold level cards that are max level on this league. Gold Cards are pretty quite expensive, unlike normal foil cards, which are quite affordable. If you don't have a strong collection, you might having the hard time winning battles. for instance, level 8 common cards can be summoned and a level 3 gold card can be used, while I am only summon level 5 common cards against level 8 that's quite dis advantageous on my battles. sometimes if I don't have cards like a dragon summoner gold foil only match ,which might cause me to lose immediately the battle by not fighting. In other words, No battle occur because no cards it will be Fled.
I successfully competed in four battle tournaments for this challenge, earning two victories and four defeats. I'll show you what happened in my two victories, which is genuinely good, I also lost on the match but experience is the best teacher, and since I only have four battles, I'll just focus talking on my winning match.
With the stampede ability rule set, I can use Diemonshark that had stampede skills in order to take advantage of the stampede, and when this creature kills a monster it can attack once again. I'm also putting it my tank. The support sub-tank from the gladius card Relenor Cleaver, and the ability of reach is a good support so I can constantly attack my opponent's 1st position. That is why I enjoy utilizing Diemonshark in battle.
I refrained from using any magic-capable creature on the battlefield because doing so would only serve as fuel for the fire and endanger my troops through unconventional ways of conflict. My opponent, on the other hand, makes use of a magic attack, therefore from where we are positioned, it's clear that I have the advantage because any damage done by a magic-type monster will be returned to its magic aggressor.
Magic prowess is important and powerful in this game, but the battle conditions should always be taken into account before a battle. He used his monsters in a bizarre way and generated four monsters with magic attack. Since I can deal all types of physical damage and heal my tank for sustain against magic and any physical assault, it's really a case of do or die for this magical monsters against my troops.
Deeplurker and Kulu Mastermind are the game's two main powerhouses. These two have the ability to attack any position with the lowest health, making them excellent targets for low-health magicians. I also need to take out Kelya Frendul and Venari Wave smith's armor buff and i almost forgot that Arkemis the Bear has also a armor buff so he is so strong on defending his army by using Armors. River Nymph was the first monster to perish during the battle phase on one of my opportunistic creatures, then Venari Wavesmith soon after. These two foes had the lowest health values of all monsters on the field. Despite bearing armor, I was able to swiftly annihilated it by the tremendous damage that caused. The harm that came from the magic reflect wrecked them severely, and as the battle continued on, my opponent became more fragile. Affliction was unable to strike as swiftly as it should have yet always failed because my Merdali Guardian's healing preserved the health of my Diemonshark.
Kelya Frendul Vs General Sloan
As you observe, i still use Kelya Frendul on this match, why because Kelya Frendul is the only summoner card that i have on my own account, i can save Dark Energy Crystals for not renting high level card because i owned it.
on the field is by using Kelya Frendul's abilities, which give me an extra speed and armor highlight at the beginning of the battle, while my opponent uses General Sloan to give his armies additional attack damage. In my opinion, speed is a great defense against damage, since general Sloan will have trouble with my monsters speed to dodge and agility. As you can see, My opponent have that 5 speed from Pelacor Conjurer it is expected that this monster card can dodge my attack, but My Kulu Swimhunter is same speed so basically I can hit the target compare to my other monster that only have 2 speed and 4 speed.
I was able to win this fight despite the fact that I lacked more damage. My advantage thanks to my speed and some excellent dodges.
This is an illustration of a battle where I was able to gain the upper hand by hitting Venari Crystal Smith repeatedly while my opponent, Xenith Archer, kept missing his attacks. I was able to kill Venari Crystal Smith and take advantage of the opportunity to eliminate its final monster to win the surpassed this play.
Daily Focus
I was able to obtain one legendary Soul bound reward card from my daily focus chest; while I would have preferred it was a gold foil, the normal foil card it came in was still useful for developing my deck. This is the new legendary card I acquired for the fire element.
Daily Struggle on my Daily Quest, actually its really rigorous to get points against strong opponent, even i did my best to strategized yet, i keep on losing more energy and wasting my opportunity to get more Sps, one time, i get so frustrated as i can only get 1 chest, opponent is getting more powerful, if that happen that i coudnt win a single match might i have a problem on my owned cards and the level gap is really a mismatch against full potential card the league. Even if I have gold foil cards, I still have low level cards, which makes it difficult to compensate for the penalty. This is the problem I am having.
