They have multiple nutrients such as folate, vitamins, antioxidants, potassium, etc. that help maintain our well-being, like helping our body fight off infections and illnesses, boosting the immune system, improving blood vessel function, weight management, etc.
Because of the water content in them, they help keep the skin well moisturized.
Mango
Mango My seasonal and favorite fruit is mango. I don't get tired of this fruit; I always look forward to when it will be in season. Whether eaten fresh or dry, blended into a smoothie, or juiced, the taste remains delightful.
Apart from its sweetness, one of the main reasons I love mango is because of its dietary fiber, which aids digestion. As someone who easily gets constipated, I love fruits that are high in fiber.
Mangoes are packed with a lot of essential minerals and vitamins.
Pineapple
Pineapples are so sweet and juicy and taste better when they've been refrigerated for some time. It can also be blended into juice.
Watermelon
Apart from its sweetness and reddish color, one of the reasons I love this fruit is because of its hydrating effect. Watermelon thrives mostly in the dry season.

Pumpkin leaves are one of my favorites. They are rich in vitamins A and C, iron, calcium, and antioxidants. that also help in maintaining our overall well-being. Pumpkin leaves can be used to make different dishes.
Pumpkin leaves are said to be a nutritional powerhouse.
Carrots
They are sweet and tasty vegetables that are packed with numerous health benefits.
