Buenos dias a todos, teniendo en cuenta el de almorzar comidas sanas, con el permitido de los fines de semana, que mejor que para el almuerzo de hoy fideos surtidos, con una hamburguesa de pollo con queso y tomate, la verdad muy rica y facil de preparar.
Tmbien una ensalada de zanahoria rallada, con huevo, tomate y un poco de ajo, todo bien mesclado y condimentado con bastante limon y sal a gusto.
