Es un hombre muy joven, 35 años, prácticamente ha vivido la mitad de su vida, lo que significa que ahora tiene el compromiso moral de sostener el imperio que ha levantado a fuerza de trabajo. Creo que todos esperan seguir conservando esa imagen bonita, seria, deportiva, familiar que Messi es; eso que inspira porque quiera él o no, se ha convertido en un referente social, y por ahora, para bien.

Al ser un ícono para los niños, gracias a sus recompensas económicas y a la publicidad-mercadeo que lo eleva a un Olimpo; solo se espera que siga siendo el reflejo ideal de los que muchos quisieran ser; un deportista, un hombre de familia, un inversionista y un hombre de Dios.

He is a powerful image of family, faith, discipline and success. That is good for humanity, that is to say, that there are models, between quotation marks, healthy, to show to the new generations.

His soccer talent is a gift for that majority that has been able to enjoy his profession; and that, whether we like it or not, we must respect it because soccer is an activity that has a great influence in the world; a sport of multitudes in which certainly the business will not cease to be present, but that has helped many to live, to get out of poverty, to fulfill their dreams.
