Photographing the setting sun, why do we do it? The sun setting, it happens every day with the natural rotation of earth. Sun, moon and stars fall into place at the exact moment in time. So what makes a sunset special? For me, it's a beautiful phenomenon, no matter how difficult or how beautiful a day is, a sunset reminds me how precious life is, another day lived to see the sun disappear behind the earth. The colours glow so radiantly, the warmness to end a day. The artistic brush stroked sky gleaming so peacefully as if to say 'look at me I'll share my peace with you', don't you also feel an instant sense of peace as the sun disappears? A sunset is a visual image to lead us to the greatest artist and peace maker of the heavens and earth. These photos are all my originals from our travels around Australia. Plenty more where they came from. A sunset is never boring!
For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Romans 1.20
