Hello, hello friends of Hive Arte, I hope you are well, enjoying a nice and creative week. In today's post I want to share with you a new line drawing exercise. This time I show you a drawing of a vase which carries within itself a series of different patterns of lines of different colors.
This exercise is a little more complex than the previous ones, since the idea is to be aware of the space occupied by each pattern and to draw the patterns respecting each block of space, but without framing the edges. There are many drawings that can be worked in this same style, for example silhouettes of flowers, trees or butterflies, however, I preferred to start with this drawing, because drawing the silhouette of the vase is much simpler, but I would love to draw a colorful butterfly or maybe the silhouette of a cat in a next opportunity.
I am very anxious to try more complex patterns, however I really enjoy the process of each doodle I manage to make. This activity is already part of my favorite things to do during my breaks from work. Whenever I can I take paper and pencil to create lines and draw many doodles until I achieve a new line pattern.
Ha sido un grato placer compartir una practica más con ustedes. Gracias por leer. Saludos y bendiciones.
Drawing lines in different senses, sizes, shapes and colors is extremely relaxing. Many times I do it in an unconscious way, without achieving any particular drawing which allows me to feel free and relaxed, but it is also nice to try to create shapes and patterns with certain aesthetics and harmony.
It has been a pleasure to share one more practice with you. Thanks for reading. Greetings and blessings.
