El pasado 24 de mayo, el centro comercial Hyper Jumbo se convirtió en el escenario perfecto para un emocionante evento de arte organizado por @HiveArte bajo el título “Expresa tu creatividad”, dónde tuve la oportunidad de ser tanto organizadora como juez. Adicional, tuve el privilegio de darle la bienvenida a los participantes a la emocionante experiencia y me ha quedado un valioso momento.
La competencia de pintura y dibujo atrajo a artistas de todas las edades y niveles de experiencia, creando un ambiente vibrante y lleno de creatividad. Además, se contó con varias categorías para que los participantes destacaran en sus áreas, y otro tantos se retaran a sí mismos a cosas nuevas. Contamos con la variedad de elementos para las categorías como grafito, acuarelas, acrílicos, tizas, crayones y más.
Desde primeras horas de la tarde, los participantes comenzaron a llegar al lugar, cargados con ganas y listos para dar rienda suelta a su imaginación. El espacio designado para la competencia estaba lleno de entusiasmo, con cada artista concentrado en plasmar su visión en el lienzo o papel. Me agradó mucho el hecho de que algunos hayan traído acompañantes que le apoyaron en todo momento, siempre es bueno recibir apoyo en lo que te gusta.
Los espectadores también se sumaron a la emoción del evento, admirando las obras en progreso y animando a los participantes con palabras de aliento. Fue inspirador ver cómo cada artista interpretaba su arte de manera única, mostrando su estilo y técnica personal, la temática era libre lo que permitió que descargaran toda su imaginación libremente.
Durante las horas de evaluación, los jueces, quienes fueron @sephiwolf, @desireeart y mi persona recorrimos el espacio evaluando cada obra con detenimiento, tomando en cuenta la originalidad, la técnica y la creatividad de cada participante. Fue una tarea difícil, ya que la calidad de las obras era excepcional y reflejaba el talento diverso y prometedor de la comunidad artística local. Tuvimos hasta los minutos finales sacando cuentas, exponiendo sobre los artistas y seleccionando a los ganadores, sin duda nos quedamos cortos al premiar, todos se esforzaron al máximo.
Luego de que se anunciaran los ganadores de la competencia, estos recibieron premios y reconocimiento por su destacado trabajo. Sin embargo, más allá de la competencia, lo más valioso fue la oportunidad de conectar con otros artistas, compartir experiencias y aprender unos de otros.
“Expresa tu creatividad” fue un éxito rotundo que demostró el poder del arte para unir a las personas y celebrar la creatividad en todas sus formas. Espero con ansias futuras ediciones de este tipo de eventos que sigan fomentando el talento local y enriqueciendo nuestra comunidad artística.

Last May 24, the Hyper Jumbo mall became the perfect setting for an exciting art event organized by @HiveArte under the title "Express your creativity", where I had the opportunity to be both organizer and judge. Additionally, I had the privilege of welcoming the participants to the exciting experience and have been left with a valuable moment.
The painting and drawing competition attracted artists of all ages and experience levels, creating a vibrant and creative environment. In addition, there were several categories for participants to excel in their areas, and many others to challenge themselves to new things. We had a variety of elements for the categories such as graphite, watercolors, acrylics, chalk, crayons and more.
From early afternoon, participants began to arrive at the site, full of enthusiasm and ready to give free rein to their imagination. The space designated for the competition was full of enthusiasm, with each artist focused on capturing their vision on canvas or paper. I was very pleased that some of them brought along companions who supported them at all times, it is always good to receive support in what you like.
Spectators also added to the excitement of the event, admiring the works in progress and encouraging the participants with words of encouragement. It was inspiring to see how each artist interpreted their art in a unique way, showing their personal style and technique, the subject matter was free which allowed them to unleash all their imagination freely.
During the hours of evaluation, the judges, who were @sephiwolf, @desireeart and myself went through the space evaluating each work carefully, taking into account the originality, technique and creativity of each participant. It was a difficult task, as the quality of the works was exceptional and reflected the diverse and promising talent of the local art community. We had until the final minutes to tally, expound on the artists and select the winners, we certainly came up short in awarding, everyone did their best.
After the winners of the competition were announced, they received awards and recognition for their outstanding work. However, beyond the competition, the most valuable thing was the opportunity to connect with other artists, share experiences and learn from each other.
"Express Your Creativity" was a resounding success that demonstrated the power of art to bring people together and celebrate creativity in all its forms. I look forward to future editions of these types of events that continue to foster local talent and enrich our artistic community.
