1* Using Fire
fire is the oldest means or method of refining gold, it involves the use of heat. the goldsmith place the rough gold in a steel container or pot strong enough to withstand the heat, and put it inside a furnace of up to 2000 Fahrenheit, so that the gold can melt to a hot liquid form that will be transferred to another container that will the shape the liquid gold into the desired form.

2* electricity method
There are two ways of doing this method, the miller process and wohlwill process. the miller process is more simple and faster but only refines about 99.5%, but the wohlwill process refines about 99.99% of gold.
This process requires casting an impure gold into an electrolyte solution of hydrochloric acid and gold chloride, then an electric current is charged into it, which makes the impurities to dissolve down in the solution and you are left with pure gold.
3* using Acid
This method requires the use of nitric, hydrochloric and urea acid. the first step is to melt your gold, and add the nitric acid first before adding the hydrochloric acid, the n the ur7ea. this acid will seperate the gold and the dirt, you can then go ahead to collect your gold and clean with distilled water. this is not a detailed process, you can read up the detailed method from verified science site.
