The "Tree of Owe" the silver between life an death.

  I held a bit to buy for a couple of weeks, I have a lot of material from last month that I haven't post yet, I have been very busy and my posts to SGS community aren't to frequent I wanted. This week I started buying again, I saw a good deal to buy the 2024 Kookaburra since I got the 2023 version from @bulliontools. The same guy was selling a Maple leaf with a cougar Privy, that also provides a nice post! I want to talk about these little mint marks that the Royal Canadian Mint added to a low mintage of coins. I also succumbed to buy the nice Pamp Nature Grip's collection and another coin during a dealer's facebook live celebrating the Australian animals.

  But today I will talk about my first 2 Ounces Silver coin, which isn't from any famous mint at all. It is from an artist. I saw that piece of art being sold and decided to bet on it. The price wasn't bad 45 CAD per ounce so it wasn't a super expensive premium. The concept is very interesting it is called the "Tree of Owe". The piece is hand poured so if you buy more than one piece you will see the difference between them in the edges specifically. The design is basically the famous "Tree of Life" with the death added in the bottom, which he called "Owe". I saw the artist explanation in a video showing all the process

  The Tree of Life is a religious symbol, with the meaning of life. The trees are plants, beings like us. They grow, reproduce and die. That's why the artist added the death symbol on the bottom. He felt that connecting life to death was missing from his tree which is something that is for sure. Another interesting concept of the coin is how it was designed to be stackable. If you stack two or more coins they are going to all fit in, since one side is "male" and the other is "female". The Tree of life is an important symbol for humanity and I have seen it already in other coins, but for me, this is the best one represented in Silver, for now of course.

  This type of art made me look for the artist James Lowery, and I found his Instagram in here. However, he is located in Indiana, so probably I will wait and see if some other art of his arrives in Canada, but there are a few other pieces that look very interesting. He continued with this character that he created "Owe" in a new coin called "Conjuring of Owe", the same figure being touched by a bearded human. The piece is 3 ounces and is being sold for 125 USD and only shipped to the USA. While I can't touch any more pieces of this amazing artist, I will continue to look for other peculiar pieces that don't need to be minted by famous Mints. Which gives a personal touch and very cool art.

  Mas hoje vou falar sobre minha primeira moeda de prata de 2 onças, que não é de nenhuma casa da moeda famosa. É de um artista. Vi aquela obra de arte sendo vendida e decidi apostar nela. O preço não era ruim, 45 CAD por onça, então não era um prêmio super caro. O conceito é muito interessante, é chamado de "Tree of Owe". A peça é feita à mão, então se você comprar mais de uma peça, verá a diferença entre elas nas bordas especificamente. O design é basicamente a famosa "Tree of Life" com a morte adicionada na parte inferior, que ele chamou de "Owe". Vi a explicação do artista em um vídeo mostrando todo o processo

  A Árvore da Vida é um símbolo religioso, com o significado da vida. As árvores são plantas, seres como nós. Elas crescem, se reproduzem e morrem. É por isso que o artista adicionou o símbolo da morte na parte inferior. Ele sentiu que conectar a vida à morte estava faltando em sua árvore, o que é algo certo. Outro conceito interessante da moeda é como ela foi projetada para ser empilhável. Se você empilhar duas ou mais moedas, todas elas vão caber, já que um lado é "masculino" e o outro é "feminino". A árvore da vida é um símbolo importante para a humanidade e eu já vi em outras moedas, mas para mim, esta é a melhor representada em Prata, por enquanto, é claro.

  Esse tipo de arte me fez procurar o artista James Lowery, e encontrei seu Instagram aqui. No entanto, ele está localizado em Indiana, então provavelmente esperarei para ver se alguma outra arte dele chega ao Canadá, mas há algumas outras peças que parecem muito interessantes. Ele continuou com esse personagem que ele criou "Owe" em uma nova moeda chamada "Conjuring of Owe", a mesma figura sendo tocada por um humano barbudo. A peça tem 3 onças e está sendo vendida por 125 USD e enviada somente para os EUA. Enquanto eu não posso tocar em mais nenhuma peça desse artista incrível, continuarei procurando outras peças peculiares que não precisem ser cunhadas por famosas Mints. O que dá um toque pessoal e uma arte muito legal.
