1* Mexico
Mexico is number one on the list with a production of 6120 tons and it is the house to the largest silver mining company in the world Fresnillo and also other big silver mining companies. the country production as increased rapidly over the years.
2* Peru
Peru was able to move to the second spot after a massive increase in production that took their numbers from 3000 to 4160 tons of silver between last year and this year. with an increase like this i am expecting them to have an increase in production when the next data is released.
3* china
third on the list is china, you can hardly make a list of productive things without china being in the top 5, they have really improve their productivity level, especially their mining sector, they currently produce 3570 tons of silver, and they are also the largest gold producer in the world.
4* Russia
peru isnt the only country moving up the list, Russia also saw an increase in their production from 1600 to 2100 tons. that makes them the largest producer of silver in europe.
5* Poland
poland was able to maintain the increase consistency. they currently produce 1470 tons instead of the previous 1300 t ons. this increase move them up the list to the fifth position.
6* Chile Chile taking the number six spot with a production of 1370 tons, this is a decrease to their previous productions and saw them fall to the sixth position after ranking at number 4 last year with a productyion of 1600 tons.
7* Bolivia
bolivia sa2w an increase to their production after producing 1290 tons compared to their previous 1000 tons produced consecutively in 2020 and 2021, took them up one spot in the ranking.
8* Australia
Australia falling short a little from their last year prodction of 1300 tons, producing 1220 tons this year rank at the eigth spot and if they are not able to increase their production the coming year we might see th drop out of the top 10 rank.
9* Argentina
who has seen a very good increase ion their production over the years, due to their investment on major mines have grown and still growing in a fast pace after getting an engtry into the top 10 in 2020 they are able to increase production and move up to the 9th spot with a production of 1020 tons, i wont be surprised to see them among the top 5 in the coming years, with the good plan and structure they have in place.
10* USA
the united state of america takes the 10th spot after seeing a decrease in their production over the years due to lack of focus on the mining companies, because most of them focus more on gold than silver. the USA produced 1000 tons last year but currently produce 930 tons of silver.
