We all can agree that is a valuable metal and it has always been since centuries ago that it was found. have you ever thought to ask yourself why Gold among every other metals or things in this world has that much value and it has maintained that value and withstand the test of time, changes and how the human race has evolved of the years.

To me, if I were to be asked why do Gold so valuable, the simple answer and reason i would give is that Gold is very versatile and its value and uses can be tangible and also intangible and i can embody other objects and bring more value to them. what i mean by this is that Gold in its raw and pure form is valuable and can be used for different things of value, also gold nowadays can also be intangible, what this means is that, people don't need to buy and store physical gold, the use of internet and brokers have made it easy for people to be a participant in the gold industry by just buying shares in gold or gold company or even trading gold against the USD in the forex market. What i mean by gold embodying an object body and giving it value is when an object is coated with gold to give it a good look and more value, for example, some of the medals we have today are made from silver or other metals, but some of the are coated with gold to give it more value. Another example is the famous gold-coated stake or BBQ, some luxurious restaurants use edible gold to cover the BBQ meat just to give it more value.

Another reason Gold is valuable apart from the physical values it has and embodies is the human and the society psychological value that has been placed on it for thousands of years. Psychological value is something very powerful and influential that even if it is placed on something without so many physical values, it will still be referred in high regard and mentions. Our societies have placed so much value on gold and these psychological values and gold physical values have made gold beat the test of time and still thrive and will continue to shine. That is why we see some things sold at a very high price on auctions, this is not because of the gold physical value on this object but because of the psychological value on this object because of how old this object are or other unique reasons attached to this objects.

At the end of the day, Gold will always thrive and continue to stay valuable for thousands of years to come.
