Hola a todos en la querida comunidad de WomenTribe es un placer estar nuevamente con mi columna "El Sendero hacia el crecimiento personal" dónde hablaremos acerca de temas relacionados con el ser humano, en esta ocasión quiero hablarles de las mujeres y el dicho tan conocido que decían muchos o algunos sobre que la mujer es el sexo débil, en este post me gustaría hablarles sobre ese tema y también mencionar cómo las mujeres han sido de gran influencia en diferentes ámbitos como el arte y la escritura. Sin más que agregar me gustaría invitarlos a leer el post y a qué se unan a la iniciativa si lo desean.
Hello everyone in the dear community of WomenTribe is a pleasure to be back with my column "The Path to personal growth" where we will talk about issues related to the human being, this time I want to talk about women and the well-known saying that many or some said that women are the weaker sex, in this post I would like to talk about that topic and also mention how women have been of great influence in different fields such as art and writing. Durante siglos, las mujeres han sido consideradas como el sexo débil. Sin embargo, esta afirmación está lejos de la realidad. Las mujeres poseen una fuerza interna que les permite enfrentar los desafíos diarios con pasión y determinación. En este post me gustaría hablar de las mujeres que han dejado un legado importante con sus vidas ya sea en el arte u otro oficio. La frase de que las mujeres son el sexo débil está algo gastada y es bastante antigua, antes se decía que la mujer no podía hacer ciertas cosas porque no tenía la fuerza física o mental para realizar dicha actividad, pero con el paso de los años hemos visto como las mujeres han logrado grandes cosas tanto en estudios como en la forma en la que llevan sus vidas. Antes una mujer tenía que ser paciente, recatada, digna y no podía hablar más de lo que debería porque si no iba a ser tachada de insolente o de problemática. Para algunos hombres es difícil aceptar que las mujeres podemos hacer más cosas que solo vernos bonitas, tener hijos y cumplir con el rol de esposas. Es una cuestión de crianza, tal vez suene mal lo que diré pero mucho del machismo que existe es por qué las mismas mujeres han educado de esa manera a sus hijos, aunque habrán sus excepciones.
For centuries, women have been considered the weaker sex. However, this statement is far from the truth. Women possess an inner strength that allows them to face daily challenges with passion and determination. In this post I would like to talk about women who have left an important legacy with their lives whether in art or another craft. The phrase that women are the weaker sex is somewhat worn out and is quite old, it used to be said that women could not do certain things because they did not have the physical or mental strength to perform such activity, but over the years we have seen how women have achieved great things both in studies and in the way they lead their lives. Before, a woman had to be patient, demure, dignified and could not speak more than she should because otherwise she would be labeled as insolent or problematic. For some men it is difficult to accept that women can do more than just look pretty, have children and fulfill the role of wives. It is a question of upbringing, maybe it sounds bad what I will say but much of the machismo that exists is because women themselves have educated their children that way, although there will be exceptions.
Una de las cosas que más me llaman la atención es la figura femenina en el mundo del arte, la pintura, la escritura. Algunas autoras conocidas por sus grandes obras donde usan su creatividad cómo una forma de expresar lo que sienten permiten que otras mujeres puedan pensar que también pueden lograr grandes cosas en otros ámbitos de la vida, dónde pueden ser delicadas y sensibles transmitiendo sus pensamientos, emociones y experiencias al mundo. A lo largo de la historia, muchas mujeres han utilizado su voz a través de la escritura para desafiar las normas sociales y luchar por la igualdad de género. Desde autoras clásicas como Jane Austen y Virginia Woolf, hasta escritoras contemporáneas como Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie y Elena Ferrante, las mujeres han demostrado su habilidad para contar historias y capturar la esencia de la vida a través de sus palabras. Una de las cosas que más disfruto es leer aunque algunas veces tengo bloqueos de lector y me cuesta conseguir algo que realmente llame mi atención, pero hoy en día hay tantas mujeres expresando sus pensamientos en historias plasmadas en libros, consiguiendo ser reconocidas por ello y me parece algo muy bueno dejando en claro un mensaje: las mujeres podemos ser y hacer lo que queramos si así lo deseamos.

One of the things I enjoy the most is reading although sometimes I have reader's block and I find it hard to get something that really catches my attention, but nowadays there are so many women expressing their thoughts in stories captured in books, getting recognized for it and I think it's a very good thing making clear a message: women can be and do whatever we want if we want to.
Así que la pasión es una cualidad innata en las mujeres, y se refleja en todo lo que hacen. Ya sea como madres, profesionales, artistas o líderes en sus comunidades, las mujeres se entregan por completo a sus actividades con pasión y dedicación. Sin embargo, a pesar de las múltiples tareas que deben desempeñar, las mujeres encuentran la manera de equilibrar todas sus responsabilidades con éxito. La capacidad de multitarea y organización que poseen les permite cumplir con todas sus obligaciones sin descuidar su bienestar personal. Cuidarse a sí mismas es una prioridad para las mujeres, ya que saben que solo cuando están en equilibrio pueden brindar lo mejor de sí a los demás.
So passion is an innate quality in women, and it is reflected in everything they do. Whether as mothers, professionals, artists or leaders in their communities, women give their all with passion and dedication. This passion enables them to overcome obstacles and find creative solutions to any challenge they face. Moreover, passion is contagious, and women inspire others to follow their dreams and pursue happiness in every aspect of life. We have all thought at least once that some woman in our family or environment is amazing because of the inner strength of wanting to fulfill her desires, and I think being able to have such a story within our circle is something very special. A woman's life is full of responsibilities, both in the family and professional spheres. However, despite the multiple tasks they have to perform, women find ways to balance all their responsibilities successfully. The multitasking and organizational skills they possess enable them to fulfill all their obligations without neglecting their personal well-being. Taking care of themselves is a priority for women because they know that only when they are in balance can they give their best to others.
Para concluir sabemos que las mujeres no son el sexo débil, sino todo lo contrario. Poseen una fuerza interna inquebrantable que les permite enfrentar cualquier situación con valentía y determinación. Como escritoras, las mujeres utilizan su voz para desafiar estereotipos y luchar por la igualdad de género.
