2 Two Adabs
Once Hazrat Maulana Abdullah Sahib was going to visit the shrine of Kapudravi (may Allah have mercy on him) with some friends from Surat. On the way, it occurred to him that he should first visit Turkisar so that he could also visit Hazrat Maulana Salahuddin Sahib Saifi (may Allah have mercy on him) - an accident had happened to both of these Maulanas.

When he reached Turkisar, Hazrat Maulana Salahuddin Sahib was inspecting the mosque under construction at his Khanqah. During the meeting, one of our companions took out a bottle of perfume from his pocket and placed it in Hazrat's hand, as a gift, i.e. the way we place money in the hands of a beggar.
So Hazrat immediately warned him, "My dear: This is not the way to present a gift to the elders." Then he said, instructively, that the way to present it is to hold a bottle of perfume in both hands, and while presenting it, say: Hazrat, accept this. With this, your hand will remain below, and the elder's hand will be above."

So, this is one Adab to learn.
Then we said while leaving: We are going to visit Hazrat Maulana Abdullah Sahib Kapudrvi. So he said: Do not tell Hazrat that you are reaching via Turkisar, so that you will have respect in Hazrat's heart, that these people have come from Surat specifically for my visit, and so that they will receive Hazrat's attention and prayers.

Otherwise, sometimes it comes to my heart that it was a real visit to so-and-so, and I happened to pass by on the way, so I met him.
We said: This is another literature to learn.
