Tasty food is something most of us relish, it's a delicious mood elevator. However, the sad reality is that most humans can't afford this simple pleasure of having food to even quench off their hunger, so leave alone the luxury of having delicious, nutritious meals!

Here are some food-related entertainment posts from Twitter that are enjoyable to check out.

It's not just because the food in the videos looks tasty, but because the meals are being provided with a noble intention of feeding the hungry and keeping them happy. This uplifting spirit is contagious and can make anyone feel blessed!

Commercial Reality - Restaurant Food is Priced for Profit; the Poor Can't Afford It!

Welcome in guys!!!

Watch this animated advertisement here >>

No real refreshment here, but there's this scintillating stimulation of fresh coffee poured and served with this advertisement for Bangaluru Thindies with a message that the restaurant will open it’s outlet at 3 locations in Bengaluru, India – Kumara park, Manyata Tech Park and Seshadripuram.

Yes, the advertisement is innovative, but it reveals the essence of the commercial world we inhabit.

We are rushed daily, heading to work many times without being able to eat our breakfast peacefully so we reach office in time to work and earn money to be able to afford to eat in such advertised outlets!

**Hot fresh breakfast at a sweet price - A joy to behold!

Let’s take a break from our bustling world and explore places where food is served at incredibly affordable prices. The goal here is to allow everyday people to enjoy a wholesome meal and brighten their day. This initiative is commendable because it lacks a commercial motive.

One such eatery is Hollas Maruthi Tiffin Centre, located in Sringeri, Karnataka, which serves hot breakfast at just 10 bucks! The coffee too looks wonderful, in the morning!

Watch them serving pipping hot typical Indian Breakfast here>>

Charming is it not???...

See the dedication with which the man serves steaming idlis here, served hot on a pleasant banana leaf! Then another serving vadas or bonda along with sambar, chutney!

This is our general typical breakfast in India, and as a add on one can always further enjoy one's dose of morning coffee!

The violin seems to rhyme with the serving gesture of the men in the videos!

Brings a smile to the face to think that many people get to start off their day with a wholesome meal, at a sweet price that masses can afford!

A fulfilling thought!

Nourishing souls through serving food with sweet enthusiasm!

Yes, a good start with a wholesome breakfast!

However, stomachs will get hungry by lunchtime, and this elderly 80-year-old man and his wife ensure that no one goes hungry.

Behold the joy of serving food watching this elderly uncle enthusiastically do it

This is Ajja Ajji Mane in Manipal, Udupi, India. It’s heartwarming to watch this elderly uncle serve meals with such enthusiasm! And mind you this is a great meal for just 50 bucks.

It has been a while since I enjoyed a meal like this, but let me tell
you that it looks yummy! And for a hungry stomach, it is really gratifying.

The pure energy of this person serving food is very sweet indeed that's beautifully complemented with his warm smile in the end. I am sure this is their way of showing hospitality; they appear happy, content, active, and positive.

Tarun Rayan's famous Chicken-65 food stall that funds his PHD research studies!

Here's a video that will delight anyone craving evening snacks! The American vlogger visits Tarun Rayan’s popular food stall, which has received excellent reviews on Google Maps.

Checkout snacks prepared by Tarun Rayan here>>

In the video, the vlogger showcases why this food stall is esteemed. He tries a plate of Chicken 65 priced at ₹50. It’s non-spicy, has a nice crispy appearance, is nicely cooked inside and is served on a sal leaf, about which Tarun explains.

However, Tarun’s passion is not just into cooking great chicken snacks, he is pursuing his PHD in Biotechnology at SRM University and his part-time venture of cooking snacks funds his education!

Tarun reveals that his name can be searched in google, this time to find the research papers he has published!

Wow… See the pride and happiness of Tarun, in cooking snacks and using these earnings to fund his PHD studies. The lively scientist cook!

Of course, this episode is inspiring but I like how the American VBlogger is enjoying himself as well, the generous fellow gave Tarun extra money because he said he deserves it for doing a good job!

It's lovely to see such kind and jolly good people in the world, both Indian and non-Indian!

The Heart of D.C.: Kazi Mannan's Compassionate Legacy at Sakina Halal Restaurant

Now we go out of India. Trump may be against immigrants, but there is a popular restaurant in DC, just blocks away from the White House, run by Pakistani immigrant, Kazi Mannan. Sakina Halal, is a high-end restaurant that serves great food and is much visited by customers who can pay. Apart from them, food is served free of cost to the poor and homeless, no questions asked!

Checkout this video on why Kazi, owner of a restuarant provides free meals to the poor & homeless>>

Kazi says, he understands how it feels to be penniless and hungry and also all alone. So, he shows compassion to those suffering from it with free food.

Look at how lovingly he says, he gets regular customers who are toothless because of all the alcohol and drugs so he serves them boneless chicken!

Of course, these poor and homeless people have mental issues, and are dirty but his restaurant remains clean even though he serves food to these people.

He gives a nice message that we should not be afraid of showing love, care to others, if it uplifts them, just do it(:

It's all ok to sponsor a meal for someone who needs it!

Well, here is the last video from twitter. The scene looks staged and acted but it gives such a wonderful, inspiring message.

Watch the video on a passenger paying for the in-flight meals of another passenger who does not have money >>

If you can afford to give food to someone who needs it, do it! Don't think too much, show generosity.

Can you see empathy and compassion here? This is understanding the hunger others feel and showing some love with food. So sweet!!!

Cherishing Vedu Attai's Diwali Lunch: A Meal Filled with Love

The season of Diwali just finished this year, and it reminded me of the Diwali lunch I was specifically invited to by my Vedu Attai, my dad's elder sister, last year.

She invited me because I was home alone, and in India, everyone feels that during this festive time, one should celebrate with family rather than feel left out.

The food she arranged to be cooked at home for her guests was absolutely delicious. I wish I had taken photos of it! At 78 years old, she impressively supervised the cooking with the help of two assistants.

I was so touched by the warmth, hospitality and love shown. She arranged for food to be packed so I could eat at home enjoying my day without needing to cook.

I could understand and be grateful for this love and care she and my athimber (her husband) bestowed to me because generally I take all this this for granted, but I know what all these gestures mean these days.

Ultimately, people like my Attai want to share happiness with everyone, I really enjoyed the vibes. My Attai is the kind of person who wants to have a good time with her guests, and treatsyou so lovingly(:

This year there was no invites from her, because I am not alone at home, family is around.

There are times when I stay away from society, but at times I join in, but when I join in, it's just joy and pleasure, because people like my Attai want to spend quality good time with you. There is always some goodies she prepares at home as well, making the meeting more enjoyable!

I am grateful for everyone who have shown me love, care and served me food so delightfully. I know that weather I deserve it or not, I should receive it wholesomely, it's like their gift for me!

It's clear that for the love they show, they want nothing in return, expect for you to be happy and well! Aww...

Not given the beggar one penny, but I give her something to eat!

This year as I got vegetables and the beggar lady begged for money, I stopped by and gave her 1 banana, she actually got busy eating it. I never provide beggars money, I only provide them fruits if I have any, or give them something to eat. It's nice to know they appreciate it!

Conclusion!

That's all everyone!

A small gesture of kindness could go a long way for sure, sharing food and good times with people is a time well spent indeed.

They say doing some good, spreads good, and doing it by offering food to the hungry, is a way of showing compassion, kindness, love and it just lights up the spirits of many!

I like street food more than fine dining, because I do not like paying unnecessary things of "Value Added" stuffs. I come to enjoy some meal, let the meal do the talk.

In the past, before I got broke due to Covid, I often joined some charity activities such as giving free meals to some communities. Later on I learnt the ugly truth in that activity so I decided to walk out not taking part anymore.

Well not all people are bad, but many are on the grey area... such as gaining profit over someone else misfortune.

anyway let fill our life with good food

yeah lets fill our lives with good food... its such a happy thought is it not?. thanks for coming , reading and commenting.

this world, its not often you get something for free, unless there is a motive... but i come to see if not anything, for a person who is really hungry and cant afford food, and we can, we just do it... not for charathy, because everybody should have their fod filing...

yup we cant help or join a cause thats not fundamentally having this noble motive...thats true... generosity should come willingly. if people dont want to give, its ok too... after all its their money.

i feed my dog friends chickens once in 10 days... its not because they are hungry, others feed them, its out of love, and giving them gift...happiness and i feel theyy deserve it still because they dont take it for granted.

at times when they see me empty handed, they are fine ok, next time, we are alwz willing to enjoy chicken... ha

in india breakfast in small restuarants is idli, vada, sambarr , chutney...and filter cofee.. not the best but for hungry anything goes...

idly is made, soaking nice with urad dal and adding other stuff to give it a little bitterness and softness... they can taste good only with a side dish like sambar... else they are bland.

vada is fun snack stuff... fried in oil and tasty even plan... i enjoy vada as snacks...

street food in india may not be hygenic for foreigners... lots of chat stalls with masala puri, and bhel puri...i dont eat from road stalls because i see hygein... they dont tend to wash their hands so much, no bathrooms...although they can wash with jug water...

anyway... when i was younger i wish i let go and eat stuff and discovered stuff, not much a foodie, although i enjoy a good meal... alwz gratyfing experience
